Poor service and many issues with order!! We live at least 20 min away but we went there because we used to live close to them. Our order was missing both white rice servings for 2 main dishes, chicken with cashews…. Only there was NO cashews in the dish at all or any rice side. Our sweet n sour chicken was waaaay over cooked, close to leather and burned in areas of the breading and no white rice with it. We had 2 orders of egg rolls and 2 orders of crab Rangoon, all 4 were well done to burned. We also ordered 2 Lo Mein orders, 1 Fried rice, and 1 Chinese donuts. I told them these were okay but I requested compensation for the missing and burned items. We would pay for the items that were done correctly. They offered to give us 10% off our next order or bring our food to them which would be a 40 minute round trip so they could look at it. Our order had come to $73 missing the 2 containers of rice, cashews in my main entree and the burned appetizers. They expected us to come back, spend more money on gas (original drive was 40 min round trip) then ask us to buy more food to get a 10% off.
I will not ever go back or order from China Kitchen again!! I wasn’t asking to have the whole meal comped only what we didn’t even get but paid for and also what was burned! ?
Poor service and mis-advertising should be compensated with no more business. Help them to see how they took money from our order by false promises on their menu (2 rice orders missing but paid for and cashews completely missing from the entree’ called Chicken with Cashew nuts)
So sad when businesses don’t care about their customers!!

I have been going here since I was a child and never had bad food but today it was the worst Chinese food I've ever had. The sweet and sour chicken was rock hard and burnt, egg rolls were burnt along with the crab rangoon. Also no white rice was provided with the sweet and sour chicken. When we called to talk about refund or reasoning for all the issues, they said there is nothing that can be done. I will not be eating here again!

Terrible experience. Waited 10+ minutes before either of the 2 employees acknowledged me waiting. Meanwhile my order was ready to go on the counter. Poor customer service. Not going back. Good luck. Also small child belonging to an employee seated behind the service counter sneezing and couching. Unappetizing.

Buffet is closed as of 9/1/2024. Buffet was always ok but was really the only option. Went tonight and there was a sign on the door stating the buffet was discontinued on September 1st. They had recently added hot pot, not sure if this is still open or not. Leaving 4 stars to not hurt their rating but let everyone know. Will update after they complete renovations and see what they did.

Decided to try this place based on all the stellar reviews. $16.76 for 1 Dinner buffet. Very limited selection & no sushi. The beef was rubbery & chicken was dry. Maybe the takeout is better but avoid the buffet.

We really like this place when we want a Chinese buffet. Food quality is always good and there is a large selection. Also, they keep it very clean.
Some food was cold. All self serving. Ice cream bar was not marked with flavors. One of the hot bars looked bad.

There is No more Hot Pot Buffet/Option Sadly!But this restaurant is still a Great Chinese Takeout option and it's still an AYCE (All You Can Eat) Chinese Buffet.
