I ordered a sub to go along with the mac & cheese, and both were very good. The service staff were all outstanding, very friendly and helpful.

The subs are good, you can get in, get some food and get out on your lunch break.
Somehow they managed to mess up every part of my visit today. They wouldn't let and me add double meat even though I do this every time. They don't ask me if I want it for here to go so that got messed up. They do not ask me what I want on the sub so I had to correct the order after it was placed. THE MOST INSANE PART is they then proceed to leave my sub behind counter and forget about it as 25 orders and 30 minutes go by until I finally go up and ask where TF is my food? and it was just sitting there the whole time. I finally get my food and my grilled sub is cold.

We have eaten in and carried out. Today the service was unusually slow, my sub had so much lettuce on it that that I had to throw half of it out, then I found a piece of hair about 5 inches long and instead of onions on the sub there was a pile at one end! Really!? Will not return and will not recommend after today!

Giving this location one star feels like a stretch. Really bad customer service, to the point we didn’t even get our food because they were so behind and disrespectful. We ordered our food for carry out 25 min before the pickup time, arrived on time and they hadn’t even printed out our order yet. They then let me know it would be 10 min and then when I asked for an update after 10 min, they said it would probably be 10 more min. Instead of apologetic they were defensive and rude. I would not recommend going to the location.

Everytime I come here they mess up my sub. I order it with no tomatoes and I get home and it has tomatoes. Today I ordered 2 subs one with no tomatoes and no lettus and the other with no tomatoes. I get home and they are both wrong. Plus mine had hardly any ham on it at all. Plus the medium fries I ordered had like 10 fries in it. For $10 a sub it should have meat and be correct. I was literally the only person in there. I literally have been coming to this location for almost 40 years and it's just getting ridiculous. It's not like I'm asking them to make something complicated. Too expensive and not worth not getting what I order.
