I ordered my delivery (like a knucklehead) to the wrong address not too far from where I meant, while at work. I called after I didn’t have my food but they said the order was complete to complain until I realized I was the one at fault. Willing to cut my losses, I was just going to not eat until the manager offered to have his driver go back to the previous address and delivery it to the correct one. Above and beyond for customer service, thanks guys!

Ordered delivery and waited 1 hour. Called the store asking about my order and they said some Uber driver was supposed to pick it up and never did. Then another driver apparently picked up the order and said it was delivered to my house. Nobody ever came to my house or dropped off any food. So after an hour and a half and $30 later, I never got any food. Talk about freaky fast

While Jimmy’s subs are the best in the area, my biggest beef is that the delivery driver insists on parking his vehicle at the curb in front of the store. This area tends to have a fair amount of traffic and I have nearly been struck as cars try to maneuver around his parked car. This is actually considered a fire lane and is marked with a No Parking sign. I contacted the store both by phone and in person and the driver continues to park there even though they have designated parking spaces of their own in the parking lot right out from their store. My greatest concern is the safety of especially older people who are crossing from the lot to the sidewalk in this area. If this continues I’ll be happy to contact the owner of the strip mall and get it resolved through them.

After placing a mobile order, what I received was a far cry from what I have come to expect from Jimmy John's. Of three sandwiches, all were incorrect: two were the wrong item (Big Johns were made instead of the Hunter's Clubs that were ordered), and all three ignored special condiment requests. When picking up the order inside, three of the four employees were found watching videos on a phone. I will not be returning to this location.

Jimmy John’s has been one of my go-to spots for a good sandwich at a great value for 15 years. I’ve probably eaten at JJs more than all other restaurants combined during that timespan. It seems either this location or Jimmy John’s corporate decided to shrink the size and portions of their sandwiches significantly over the past few months. A noticeable decline in quality, portion/size, and value. It hardly feels like I’m getting a sandwich now - a couple pieces of meat is all that is put on a sandwich now. Bread seems to be lacking also - often dry and tastes like it is a day old. Service is hit or miss at this location as staff often do not greet customers in a consistent or professional manner. I’ve been a huge fan of the free add-ons in the past though I don’t bother at this location as staff almost always miss a couple items. No reason for me to come back to this location.

bread was way over cooked to the point it’s hard to bite through. staff disrespectful. subs made horrible. i walked in and one of the staff didn’t even acknowledge us and was sitting in a booth eating fried chicken and took him about 5 min to even get behind the counter to take my order. then the kid went back to his friends and started eating friend chicken again and took about another 5 min before he helped the other customer. will never go back to this jimmy johns.
Bread was a bit under cooked. Staff was nice.
