Tables dirty, was looked at by workers and completely ignored. I don't suggest to eat inside. Shoes were sticky bc the ground isn't mopped.

The staff was very helpful. The food was very fast and decent. Everything was clean and it was not too busy.
The fries have been outstanding my past couple times there. The ice cream machine has been out of service the past 3 weeks I've been there, and the shakes were out as well. The kids enjoy the playland though, so I just suck it up.

Manager Samantha will not replace the food that is missing even if you show bag and receipt. She wants you to pay for your missing food instead of giving what was already paid for. Absolutely ridiculous.

I placed an order in the app for curbside pickup. They didn't give me all the food. I called 3 times and no one answered so I pulled thru the drive thru the manager Samantha said she wouldn't give me the rest of the order I'd have to go thru the drive again and buy what I was missing. I placed a complaint with corporate.

Absolutely hands down the worst McDonald's sitting at the counter two different days for more than 10 minutes just to order something and drive through never gets anything right or missing stuff and don't even speak English so they look at you confused.... this is a customer service job therefore you should have somebody that at least can understand all of the people in the Drive-Thru... absolutely ridiculous place.
