My food got to me very fast. Burger was good and red raspberry is one of the best flavors of custard I've ever had. It needs to be a flavor of the day more than once a month! Service was very good from Brady H. I would like better music in the dining area, but it was still a very enjoyable experience and I was very pleased. This set the bar very high for amazing service at a fast food restaurant.

Soda came with mold from the nozzle floating in it. Got a replacement, same thing. Looks like a dirty place and the moldy soda fountain confirms that. I won't be going back.

Terrible restaurant with terrible employees. Put our order in wrong and charged us twice for some items. Went back up to correct them (I know what I said) and they refused to refund and double charged me AGAIN, for adding the item their idiotic employees missed the first time. Ridiculous.

The dinning room, soda and condiment counter, and kitchen looks very dirty. The soup kettles were covered in dried up soup dribbles. Staff seemed unorganized.Soda or drink does not come with your meal, you have to order it.I had the fish and chips. I got only 2 pieces of deep fried fish. I ordered onions rings for the side.For desert, I had chocolate pecan turtle frozen custard in a waffle cone.I read the reviews for this restaurant. It wasn't spectacular. I was disappointed and disgusted.

Shout out to the amazing staff that worked last night! There was an event in Germantown that ended with a lot of families heading out for ice cream. About 30 minutes before closing the lobby of the restaurant was full! The staff was friendly and brought the food out fast. Everything was delicious! GREAT JOB by everyone!!!
