May 21st. I went through the drive-thru. I said I wanted a Venti Double Chocolaty chip frap, what popped up on the screen was a venting mocha cookie crumble. I always order the same thing, but I figured whatever I'll try something new. I got up to the window to pay, I paid and waited for my drink. I was handed a short mocha cookie crumble. I had no more time to wait so I just took the drink and left. Over all it was a bad experience that I hope isn't the normal for this location.

Never the best Breve but conveniently located.
I specifically put in my order to have the cheese removed from the breakfast sandwich, and yet it still came with it, so I had to throw it away. I put the order in through the app for drive-through pick up very early in the morning before they were even busy at all and was on my way to work, so I couldn't go back to have remade. Very frustrating!!!
Drive thru - average speed. The drink was hot, tasty and made correctly.
I have been here a handful of times before and all the employees have been super warm and welcoming, but that wasn’t the case today.
The person taking my order at the drive thru was impatient with me, didn’t say hello just stuck the credit card processor out the window even though i tried telling her i had a gift card to use first a couple times - she was preoccupied i guess.
I have worked as a barista in a drive thru before, so i am very understanding of what it can be like. it gets very hectic very fast, however that’s no excuse to be cold and impatient with a customer. I left the drive thru feeling like I inconvenienced her for going there.

I usually go to a different location. But have stopped by this one the past few months 3 times for convenience. My order has been messed up every time. Last time they corrected it at the window, but today I drove home with my coffee. They did not add the flavoring in. Sorry, if you mess up 100% of the time, I can't give you more than 1 star.
I had a better experience this morning here. The young Asian girl, I think, is very great. She knew how I like my Brownie, nice, warm and delicious. And my coffee was great.

I would never visit this place, $8 for a drink??? That's just stupid, yet patrons complain about tax breaks for billionaires. Does that include the people who lease out the name?

Slowest service I’ve ever witnessed.
The staff at this location are great! Most know my dog and my name by heart so it's always a welcoming experience. They tend to be busy when I go, like most Starbucks, so I usually avoid them when the lines are long. The coffee is like any other Starbucks so you should know what to expect.
I miss the picture collage of dogs on the drive thru window but hey, can't win em all!

Long Wait, Simple Order Made Incorrectly: Went here for the first time on Saturday (10/19/24) just before noon. Drive through was very backed up so waited quite a while before I could place my order. I ordered one iced oatmilk pecan latte from the menu with no additional requests or modifications. The drink cost almost $7.00. The drink was incorrectly made and did not have the pecan crunch topping. For $7 I expect a coffee to be made correctly especially if it's straight from the menu with no additional modifications. The drive through was too long to go back through to get the order corrected.
