I ordered online at 8pm when they closed at 9, got there at 8:45, and watched them lock the door in front of me and run away while not giving me my food and keeping my money. I wasted my discount points, my $25, and my time. Literally stole from me.
UPDATE: they refunded my money and my points, but they still locked the door in front of me and ran away out the back 15+ minutes before they were even meant to close. They still wasted my time, energy, and dinner. Extremely rude.
Apparently, the wording on a coupon is up for interpretation.
The coupon in the local paper was, Buy one footlong, get one free.
In the fine print, it said "with any soda".
I don't drink much soda, so I ordered a small.
The woman insisted I had to buy a large. I wasn't about to make a scene over the size of a soda. So, of course, I bought the large.

Online order wasn't even started yet. Had to wait an additional 20 min. Then was rushed and thrown together.

I LITERALLY called before ordering to make sure they had hot meatballs and they said yes. Two foot long subs came with like one Piece of lettuce each, ZERO SEASONINGS and they were both ice cold. This place is totally GARBAGE. They cheap out on everything. Pictures got DoorDash to FULLY REFUND US. Do not order from this hole.

Came in just now after voting, walked in and the kid working there told me to get out and wait five minutes. Thats on top of the last time I came by two weeks ago at 7pm and the door being locked despite the Open sign being on. Jersey Mikes can’t open soon enough

Ordered the footlong sweet onion chicken teriyaki and 3 raspberry cookies. The lady behind the counter was friendly and multitasked mine and another customer's order at the same time. The service was better than the food itself. The sub was just ok. Standard sub, nothing to write home about, but was good and filling and made correctly. Will probably order again one day.

This store would not accept a coupon for the foot long buy one get one deal. I see other stores in the area do accept this coupon. I would reccommend any other store in the area.

App and their door sign say they open at 9am but it isn't uncommon for them to still be closed at 10am. I asked about that a couple weeks ago and was told they're supposed to be open at 9 every day. And yet, it still happens without even a sign on the door saying when they'll actually open. Today at 10:30 they were still closed.

Parking: Parking was fine just busy. However. Finding out that the staff does not get any tips if not in cash absolutely disgusts me. That is unforgivable. I will definitely not go there again unless I happen to have cash on me. Shame on you subway!!!!!
We stood in the store for 15 minutes waiting to see someone! When my husband finally yelled “hello” for the 3rd time, someone from the back yelled “there is no reason to yell” but did not come out. When I said “hello” she appeared sarcastically say “you don’t need to holler, I have other things to do!”So we just walked out! During the 15 minutes we waited, 4 other customers walked in and left when there didn’t appear to be any service. WOW I realize help is hard to get but you may as well lose the shop with that kind of service!
Why do they let employees work while they are sick? I used to be a manager in food service and that is a big no no. Its gross. I wouldnt someone who is sick making my food. I was there last night 2/14 around 530 pm i saw an indian lady with no gloves on put some veggies in the baine. Finally complained to the manager, he hung up on me, was rude and never offered me a sandwich. Why does the owner have theor sick employees working. How is this place still in business? I even complauned to the health department about the indian lady wearing no gloves while touching the food. Im gonna keep complaining until they are shut down.
I, as an ex-employee of this Subway, feel that it is my duty as a decent human being to write this review.DO NOT GO HERE.The owners will do whatever they can do save money, and that includes using up past expiration date consumables, particularity the lettuce. On one occasion, my co-worker at the time sent me a picture of the owners‘ wife’s dirty sandals in the sink that we would use to wash the dishes. You can’t make this up.Vaping is allowed in the building with food. It started off with a new female employee being hired, who still works there. Blowing clouds in the office, with an open door leading to the kitchen. It doesn’t stop there. The manager asked me if I vaped, and asked, “Which flavors are good, I want to get one to use at the store.”They not care about worker safety. On multiple occasions we were forced to use faulty equipment. A specific time was being forced to use a broken tomato slicer. One of the blades were loose and would spin when a tomato was pushed into it, causing it to fly back into your hand. Even after pointing out that this is unsafe, the owners’ wife said, “It has to be done.” She then proceeded to sit and watch me cut tomatoes while evading loose blades. We wrote our own checks. In the back is a book of already signed checks, ready to be filled out with an amount. Every payday we would call the boss and he would tell us to write in the money that we were owed. When asked for a paystub, he would grab a sticky note, and write down some numbers, and hand it us. It was very shady and unprofessional. At the time I was too ignorant to walk out on this “sh**-show of a business.”
