A Consistently Incredible Dining Experience at Prec1nct Every time my wife and I dine at Prec1nct, we’re blown away. The food is not only constantly delicious, but it’s also crafted with such precision and care that each visit feels like a special occasion. Let me tell you about the seared scallops—they are nothing short of perfection. Perfectly caramelized on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside. Honestly, I could eat them every night and never get tired of them. It’s a dish that hits all the right notes. Dining here is always a pleasure, not just because of the incredible food, but because of the warm, welcoming atmosphere and top-notch service. The staff is always attentive without being overbearing, and the experience feels personalized every time. A huge shoutout to Chef Jody and Angie—you two are truly the heart of this place. Your passion and talent shine through in every dish and interaction. It's clear how much pride you take in your work, and it makes all the difference. Prec1nct has become our go-to dinner spot, and we look forward to every meal there. If you're looking for food that hits every time, a great vibe, and a team that genuinely cares—this is the place. Outstanding food and service. The food was great -- Fried Portobello “Steak” Bucatini and the Elote Pork Tenderloin. Also enjoyed the focaccia bread. Our server, Chris, was the best. Personable, attentive but not intrusive, funny. We were having a little "meeting" along with our meal and he gave us the time and space we needed to get done what needed to get done. We will definitely be back and hope to sit at one of Chris' tables. Awesome experience overall.

Brought some of my friends for their first dining experience here. Wow! Is all we could say! From the fast, excellent service and the cool vibe to the delightful drinks to some of the most amazing food we’ve eaten, it was a 10 all the way around!

Precinct is a cool place to eat. Really like the way it’s laid out with the open kitchen and mural on the wall. Food is really good. Coming back for sure!

The berry lemonade cheesecake was truly a divine experience. I took a bite and saw God. I was healed, in all ways physically and emotionally. It's been over a month and I still think about that cheesecake.

That's not to diminish the elevated flavor profiles of the rest of my meal. I was unsure about the watermelon rinds before they arrived at the table, but lo and behold, the chef here at the Precinct never misses.

I could wax poetic about a number of the options available, but I don't need to sell you on a masterpiece of menu that sells itself so well already. Do yourself a favor and visit Germantown, and Washington County's best restaurant.

First-time here, we ordered the corn fritters and bacon wrapped watermelon. They were both ok. The star was the pizza. Great flavors.

Wow. Service was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt.
Food was amazing. We enjoyed 3 different appetizers; House Made Lemon Mascarpone Gnocchi
Tempura Fried Lemon Ricotta Squash Blossoms and Bourbon Maple Glazed Pork Belly. Every
bite was full of the right combination of flavor. Could have stopped with the appetizers as our meal
but glad we didn’t. Enjoyed the Halibut dinner special. The side salad, which I cant remember what was
all in it, was fantastic. The right amount of food and couldn’t have asked for a better dinner. Everyone
had a different entrée and we all enjoyed sharing each other’s meals.
This is our new favorite place to dine. So happy to find a place that cares about what they put on the
plate. Thank You!!
