Oh my! Fantastic food and service! The pie - the pancakes and French toast- everything was great and service was fast. Banana Cream pie- oh so good! Take the time to stop for a bite it is definitely worth the time. Everyone makes you feel welcome.

Quintessential, Hometown American food. The house named burger is fantastic; a very good traditional American hamburger. The pies, especially are something special. It’s hardly difficult to believe that they won prizes at the state fair or some other competition.

Today I took a trip to OJs Midtown Restaurant at 128 East Main Street in Gillett, Wisconsin. I had gone there for one reason but started my morning off w a delicious breakfast. I ordered the one of one breakfast which was one pancake, one strip of bacon, a sausage, and a scrambled egg. That was plenty on its own but I also added the hash browns with cheese and onions. Delicious. Now, for my original reasoning of going, to get a piece of their well renowned pies. I got a piece of door county cherry pie and summer mixed berry pies to go.
Parking: At the time I went, no parking issues.

Good food, friendly service. They are fast and the food comes hot!
The mushroom swiss burger was excellent, pork roast dinner was ok. Service fast and excellent and you can't leave without pie!!!
Parking: Plenty of parking on street and side streets. Your food comes quickly so people are always freeing up spaces (and tables inside). Also counter seating inside.

We ate breakfast there and it was delicious. I had the Mexican skillet and my wife and brother in-law had the ham and cheese omelet. Topped it off with pie. Pecan and carmel apple strusel.

Im a delivery driver, and anytime im on this route, I have to stop in for pie. They have an awesome variety, which all of them look good. My favorite is pistachio. So if your not ready to eat a full meal, just stop and get some pie...at least!
