Great selection of Beers and other drinks . Went on a Saturday and it was pretty busy. Our food was ready in less than 10 minutes. Friendly and helpful staff. Many food choices. They also have coolers with cheese, sausages, pizzas, burgers to purchase. Their cheese curds were some of the best I've had. I also got the brisket which was very good. Play area outside and live music on certain days. I loved it !

A must-stop or must-eat every time we are in that part of the state. This place is amazing. From when we first started coming to now, the improvements have greatly increased the experience. Lots of outdoor space, love watching the animals and the food is fantastic. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Venison bacon comes home every trip.

You need to visit Primal Eats. It's the best. There isn't really anywhere like it. Real barbecue, wood fired pizza, excellent sandwiches, live music, hammocks, trees, and a beer wall.

So we go to Primal about once per month because we absolutely love the food and atmosphere. Without fail we ALWAYS get the cheese curds! Everything we have tried has been great. But…. If you have not gone to steak night, you are missing out. We finally made it last night to try the steak specials. I had the ribeye and two others in my group had the prime rib. We all loved it! The ribeye was probably the best I have had in a long time! Kudos to whomever was on the grill last night! We will definitely be visiting for steak night again!

The husband is a HUGE fan of smoked meat & brisket. We drove to Primal tonight from over an hour away (New London) & it was totally worth it!! As previously being in the customer service industry myself for over 10 years, I appreciated the kind tentative staff. We arrived around 4 p.m. and got a spot at the bar. We enjoyed a cocktail at the bar & enjoyed friendly banter with the bartender. The time came for us to order our food. I asked staff a question and then explained how we had never been to Primal. She was kind & explained where all of the condiments/sauces/silverware were followed by offering us a free sample of their brisket! I ordered the brisket burnt ends (includes the french fries that are cooked in beef tallow) 10/10. I also ordered a small side of mac and cheese as im a sucker for a good mac! It was amazing and I was beyond satisfied! As a starter we had the bacon jalepeno poppers which were delicious! Lastly, my husband had the prime rib, corn bread, and cowboy potatoes. Needless to say, it was one of the best he's ever had! In addition to great food and outstanding staff... the place is a total vibe! outdoor fireplaces, bbq aroma, and stuff to buy!! (merch, meat, fish, mac, and spreads).We will definitely make the drive again! Keep up the good work gals & guys! Your hardwork doesn't go unnoticed to foodies like us!!
We stopped by tonight and were greeted with a grin. Fantastic food, we tried many of the options. Cheese curds, elk and cheese pizza, philly sandwich, blue burger (FANTASTIC), brisket and their standard burger. The brisket fell apart even with the plastic fork! Sauces were flavorful and the portions were plentiful. We will be back!

I recently visited Primal Eats at 14109 County VV, in Gillett, WI. I had driven by there before and saw the high wire fencing but really didn't know what went on there. I made a trip there and had a great time..I walked in and noticed the beautiful bar. I sat there and had a couple of beverages that were available. I then went to the next room and ordered a chicken meal. A delicious meal, well worth another visit.
