I got there, they asked my name 4times & they told me someone already picked up that order. They kept yelling ā€œthis lady with the big order where’s the foodā€ then just complained about drive thru & just kept saying the lady standing here, we gotta make the food… Online order was supposed to be ready at 11:43…. It was 12:51 when I actually got the food. Lady kept screaming ā€œget her 10$ get her 10$ā€ 10$ ain’t gone do nothing for a lunch break wasted, a terrible hr wait in a lobby that smelled like wet dog, half filled medium fries, sloppy chicken sandwich, hot sandwiches piled on-top of cold ones AND STILL DIDN’T GET 10$! I will never suggest this place for co worker lunch again….

Ordered 2 for 7. Got a beef n cheddar that had old crunchy meat in it. And a fish sandwich with far too much tartar sauce. Stomach is not feeling good.

How can a restaurant with only one car in the drive through and two people dining inside take more than 15 minutes to get food out? Foods fine, but the people make the place, and unfortunately this place wasn't very good. Try the Chick-fil-A across the street instead.

Terrible service. This was from 3 months ago but I noticed that I accidentally put the review on the much nicer Arby's north of this location in Mequon. I never had the opportunity to order. Workers passed by the counter I was standing in front of at least 3 times without even acknowledging my presence. I just walked out because I didn't have time for such behavior. Was going to this location for years. Never again.

Just terrible. Managers have slick attitudes. Orders are wrong. They can't even bring what the brand specializes in because they're out of everything. This location doesn't care. For your sanity and mental health, don't come here!

Ordered a rueben with light sauce.. instead I got a rueben with too much sauce, no saurkraut, and next to no meat and cheese. Half my sandwich was just bread and sauce. My husband got 2 of the brisket sandwiches and his were also more bread than meat.

So I admit to being a picky eater, but I’m basic type of picky. I only want a few things on the burger. I would think that makes it easier. I ordered a burger to have cheese, ketchup, and bacon. 3 things and I’m a happy customer. They clearly made the burger with everything scrapped it off the burger slapped the bun back on the patty and called it good. I can see evidence of the other ingredients, could taste them and had no bacon whatsoever. Arby’s I wish you could do more about your franchise owners as this one is clearly out of touch with the store and employees caring. Next time I’ll go across the street and wait in the Chick-fil-A line.

They'll mess up your order and blame you. No shakes, forgotten cookies and still have the nerve to ask you to pull forward after 7 minutes.... I just read through the reviews and figured out that they have a history of not caring about what the guests need. They'll trying to keep their sales with no comps... I guess they don't have a budget for comps. Meaning that they can make all the mistakes they want and they don't have to accommodate us. Because I manager with attitude must be pulling in the numbers.... To be honest I'm upset because I was using Arby's as a way to try to curb my diet and cheat days....
