Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO'

This is not a one-time issue. The food is often cold, the orders are frequently incorrect, and when we try to call, no one answers. The phone either goes to an automated system or the call is disconnected. We have attempted to call multiple times without success. This has happened more than four times at this location. Overall, it is not a reliable place to order from.

Ordered food off of DoorDash and I opened my bag I thought my double bacon cheeseburger would be put together but I only received the patties and cheese. No bacon, no lettuce, no tomatoes, no buns, no onions, no ketchup or mustard. Very disappointed

I was nervous to go to this location because of the previous reviews but I’m glad I did. The service was great, they corrected my order no problem and the food was good. No complaints.

I didn't order. It was almost 13 bucks for 6 wings.! Girl couldn't bring herself to smile. Maybe she was having a bad day

Absolutely terrible. $50 worth of food but $100 worth of salt on the food!! 0/10000. Salt is not flavor.

This is the worst location ever. I have ordered here multiple times and each time there are issues. Timing is way off, food is cold, food is simply bad. Today was the worst experience and the last time I ever order from this location.

The onion rings were terrible, both the traditional and bone-in wings were way over fried to the point I could not eat them, the mozzarella sticks were over friend and under cooked, and the fried pickles were simply undercooked. This is shameful, especially for the cost. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION (unless your life depends on it for some reason).

I was scared when I read the reviews on this place, but I really wanted some B-dubs. I'm glad I did! Nothing in these negative reviews is anything like I experienced. My food was hot and delicious, everything was correct, and it came up to the windows very quickly. I'm not sure why this place is getting so much heat, but in my opinion it is unwarranted.

I will be coming back here!

Do not order from here. 3rd time we have ordered from them and order is wrong. Constantly food is cold. Forgets at least one thing everytime we order. When I call they won’t do anything about it and don’t help at all.

Still waiting on that refund for the half cooked, half frozen mozzarella sticks.

*Edit: I'll be fair since the bbq burger and fries were perfect, I called as soon as I saw the mozzarella sticks and explain what most likely happened, they stuck together in the fryer, asked for refund on just the sticks, still haven't seen it.

The food had little to no sauce,they are really rude and the service takes so long.I’ve never seen a place take this long to make wings
