Im replacing my previously 2 star review with this new 1 star review. They mess up my order (and I am not joking) every single time I come here. How do you mess up a ham and cheese sub with no veggies?

I drove up through the drive thru and placed my order 6:48pm on 6/19/24. Patrick B jr on the receipt. I ordered a Tuna with extra onions and provolone cheese snd asked for the bread to be gutted out. NO cheese, no extra onions and bread not gutted. It took forever and I was the only one in-line. It appears that friends more so hang out and the employee is oblivious that I’m waiting for my order. I even gave a $5 tip which pissed me off more because my order was screwed up. I called, spoke to a manager about what happened and he was silent. Never Again in my entire life would I ever go back. DONE!!
This was the most ridiculous experience. Extremely poor service, horrible food which I am not surprised coming out of that nasty environment. Health Department you need to go check this place out, they need to be shut down.

I ordered whole double ham cheese sub extra meat triple oil triple mayo extra everything else they didn't put the extra meat or extra oil or mayo on also ordered whole double Philly cheese steak extra meat extra cheese extra grilled onion and green peppers add mayo and lettuce tomatoes it hardly had no meat had to go to work so didn't have time to take back 5th time they got my order wrong

For some reason my order came thru wrong and the cashier with braids was about to argue with me, but the Mgr (Kevin) stepped in in and fixed my order. Thank you big time Kevin- that's how Mgr should be. Kevin gets 5 stars from me.

I have order aboit 3 times in the last month and my requested things that I was charged for and it wasn't on my subs. I ordered bacon on one sub. I ordered cucumbers on some others. If they were out of what was requested on the sub they should've said something!!! Staff at drive thru window not attentive enough, seemed to walk around like they didn't know what they were doing. I had a question and it took a couple of minutes to realize I was still at the window.Please do better
