I wish I could give ZERO stars. This place is AWFUL!!! ?? SO over priced and over hyped. Almost $20 for a SINGLE cheeseburger, small fries and regular soda! ? I live in MILWAUKEE, not New York City! SO much salt and grease. ? I took a sip of my friend's chocolate shake and it was worse than McDonald's. They're "vegetarian" option is NOT low calorie or even appealing. I recall it has green peppers, onions, mushrooms and cheese. They have NO low calorie options. Offer a SALAD!!!Note: Almost, if not all, their "awesome" reviews are from local papers of which there are thousands in the U.S. ? Also, just because they never freeze their meat doesn't mean it's high quality.I do not understand the appeal. I will NEVER eat here again.You want an amazing burger, fries and shake? Go to CULVERS! Order a plain cheeseburger and enjoy the high quality meat. ?

Quality burger and great fries. This is a step up from your regular fast food joint. You specify what toppings you want. I recommend the "little" burger. Calories add up quickly if you get the larger burger. Split a large fries with a dining buddy. Overall recommended.

Its one of the best places out there. I visit many times I come here, and everything is really good, especially the fries. When you dip it in their malt vinegar, they are really good. I didnt know dipping your fries in malt vinegar was a thing until I first tried here. Its not as cheap of a buy as it used to be, but its always worth the price of admission.
Disappointed with my food from Five guys. My burger was terrible. Fries undercook. Staff wasn't friendly. Shake just ok. All this for $25.95 unbelievable. It was a ghost town inside. Only 2 people sitting at tables. Not sure when I will return.

Food was real good, recommend all the way up with fried green peppers on a cheeseburger.The surprise was the gentleman at the front. I used to come here a lot over a year ago and this guy, clean cut and super friendly, EVERYDAY. EVERYTIME.There's something to be said about someone that shows up and is kind and respectful any time of day, no matter how busy. The rest of the staff are super friendly too but the guy taking orders is just a breath of fresh air.
