Well I debated about leaving a review but I did notice somebody else had a similar issue with the changing gloves so I thought maybe I should. I work in the food business so I tend to notice things. I have never been to a Jersey Mike and I decided I was going to give it a try I am usually very picky about where I eat because working in the Food Service I know what goes on behind closed doors so I take caution where I eat. So upon entering I looked around staff had clean Uniforms on hair was maintained and gloves were being used. Bread was covered and the toppings look well maintained. So I decided to order a sandwich. The gentleman went to the register with his gloves on. The customer began digging through her purse and came up with some sort of coupon paper of some sort or receipt out of like the bottom of her purse and handed it to the cashier who then grabbed it with those gloves proceeded to use the register then came back to my sandwich and asked me what toppings I wanted on there. I immediately was deflated and knew there's no way I could eat the sandwich but because everybody was so nice I didn't want to ask the gentleman to change his gloves so I ordered my toppings and then when I got home I just threw the sandwich away.
I won't likely be back just because I get grossed out easily at infractions like that. But I know some of my friends who eat there so I just think it's really important to educate the staff about when you leave one station washing hands and new gloves are important before returning to a new station. But the staff was really nice and that is appreciated

The service was great. Professional and kind. The food was good too. Much better than some of the other fast options nearby.

Ordered lunch for myself and co workers. Pickup time was 12:03pm. I arrived at 12pm and left with food at 12:45pm. Got back to work with the food. They didn’t give us our chips and they shorted us a drink. Which frustrates me the most is I asked “are the chips in the bag” and I got a “yes”. They also messed up two of our 8 subs and left employees without lunch. Going to think about this next time we need lunch for work. Not a good look, do better.

Ordered at 11:28am. Pickup time was 11:43am. Got to the store at 11:35am. One person eating no one in line. Finally received my food at 12:01pm. Ridiculously slow! I understand you may have new people or other online orders but pick up the pace. Many people standing around and don't get me started on multitasking or lack thereof.

Keep doing what yall are doing. Always great food, and the staff is ALWAYS AMAZING. Seriously, the staff is what makes this place above most other sub shops.

Amari made me a great chicken bacon ranch!! Her customer service was excellent.I will definitely be back! All the workers called in today.But she still managed to hold down the fort and did an excellent job doing it!!! I hope.
Corporate sees this and gives her a big raise as she definitely deserves it!!!

Recently made a order, it was supposed to be delivery but I made a mistake and did it for pick up and I can't get through them, I've called multiple times to see if I can change it to delivery and still no answer through call

Jersey Mikes is my favorite sub shop chain.
Fresh meat and cheese cut in front of you. Mikes Way is the only way to have your sandwich prepared. Very friendly staff.

The young lady was not pleasant and refused to open provolone cheese there were 6 in the case not open the young man in front of me saying it much be for show I agree she went to the back and got some small piece I don't know where she got it from I thought all of it will be in the same place just hoping she didn't get it out in the garbage 5:16:25 at 8:59 p.m. ticket number 055084 Jersey Mike on Port Washington got there about 8:45

Whoever was working the grill today around 2:45-3:00pm made the best sub I have had from this spot. She killed it, thanks much!
