Jersey Mike's Subs

As I started eating my sandwich I noticed a big piece of onion in my sandwich, unusual. Then I noticed the bread was not gutted. The worker didn’t want make it over and seem to have an attitude about it. He finally make both sandwiches over, but now no lettuce and ranch dressing on the sandwiches. I ask for a cup of ranch, and went back for the lettuce. He never apologize for his mistakes. He never changed his gloves after using the register.. He is the red headed worker. We need better services at these restaurants. 5530 B on port Washington ave. Hope changes are made.

This location is the best! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! We appreciate their support of local small businesses and going out of their way to make B2b connections. Manager Jaden is professional and personable. We have used them for catering and personal orders and they're always top notch! 10/10 Thank You!

Sade & Melisha were the best at their jobs , really made me comfortable even tho the last experience was super bad . They made my food so perfect it gave me a different view on the store ! Really nice ladies . Deserve a raise !!!!

I picked up sandwiches from Jersey Mike’s in Glendale tonight. The two guys making the sandwiches were so nice and welcoming . They have great personalities ! It is so nice to good customer service. The store was very clean, and the subs were delicious!

People are so happy there the subs ate delicious way better then jimmy johns and subway

We’ve picked up subs here a few times since they opened. The subs are always good, and the staff is very friendly. We ate in one time, and it was clean. Whenever we order online the subs are ready on time. We will keep going back.

Parking: The parking lot directly in front of the building is small and has limited spots. The parking lot next to the building by the Men’s Wearhouse has plenty of parking though (at least in the evening when we usually go).

This location just opened near me, and after asking several people their take on Jersey Mike's, I decided to give it a try. The store is very clean and organized, the staff very friendly and helpful and the subs fantastic. I ordered the Original Italian, Mike's Way, with banana peppers, Jalapenos and pepper relish. The relish decision was made after I inquired about it and was offered a sampling, which I thought was great. The sub was big and stuffed with fresh ingredients, and while the vinegar and oil softened the bottom of the sub a bit, it didn't saturate it to the point where it fell apart. I'm a huge fan of this combo on subs, so being able to order it this way was a plus. It's always interesting to see another sub shop's take on their sandwiches, and I was glad I tried theirs. I'll definitely be adding Jersey Mike's to my rotation!
