I accidentally forgot sausage on my pizza when I ordered online when I notice I came back in and brought up the mistake the staff immediately offered to put sausage on my pizza and re-cook it into the pizza real quick. Amazing thank you Jets Glendale Wednesday evening staff your that bomb

Gracious service and good pizza! We tried to order through the app, the coupon deal would not apply to our order. I called the location and the gentleman who picked up was so kind and helpful. He took my order quickly and effortlessly, and applied an even better deal. There was a small error with one of our pizzas, and our soda was not on the order, but not a huge issue since it was only one soda, and the toppings were just swapped on the incorrect half. The pizzas were still delicious! I was able to pick up three large pizzas, two of them well done, in 20 minutes. When I arrived and had the opportunity to meet the gentleman who took my order, he was so very kind! Looking forward to ordering again soon! Impressed with our first visit to Jet’s!

Jet's on GreenBay road is my neighborhood location. Food is great. Place is clean. Their hotwings are pretty decent. Usually get the 8 corner and I always get my order online for pickup, I haven't had a problem yet.
Wheelchair accessibility: No step, low counter height. (Not sure about the restroom)

Service and quality over the years have greatly diminished. Prices are up and pizzas are consistently burnt, meat dry to the point of being inedible. Will buy products to make pizza at home for less money and better products.

the lack of pizza sauce makes the pizza bland...even with all the toppings the jet 10 provides, the lack of sauce kills this pizza...for $24 one would think they wouldnt skimp on the pizza sauce. 1/10 the worst pizza i have had all my adult life.
