the Party Tray size is exactly 2 extra large. They just give you 2 extra large sizes.
So making 1/2 and 1/2 topping was easy enough, though adding and taking out the buffalo sauce on the chicken/ranch/bacon pizza didn't seem to make a difference. They tasted exactly the same, so I'm thinking they messed up the order.
Each deep dish slice was big enough to be filling when paired with fried chicken at the party. Some people had 2 pieces. We had leftovers at a party with 20 people and 2 party trays. I should get the thin crust next time. Especially for a party - a little diversity would be good.
Since discovering this great pizza joint, I've gone Keto and haven't had pizza in a while... but they tasted just as good as I remembered. It's just not the same trying to eat it without eating the crust, which, imo, is the best part.
