I’ve picked up from here a few times and typically get their Pepe sandwich, chips, and a chocolate chip cookie. Their Ghirardelli cookies are TO DIE FOR-I am obsessed with them!!! I hope Jimmy John’s never takes those away. The service at this location is also really great too.

I asked for a small Turkey Lettuce and Tomato sandwich with mayonnaise and mustard. I got 2 Air Thin slices of Turkey, so much mayonnaise no mustard 2 quarter size slices of tomatoes. The bun was so tough I had to bite and pull to eat.

I ordered and the staff started to make my sandwhich. For some reason the card reader wouldn't accept my card after multiple attempts. This is my only credit card and I don't carry cash. While I was searching my wallet for a gift card to use instead, the guy who made my sandwhich offered to let me take it for free, "I already made it, this one's on me" was basically what he said.
I was able to get my gift card to work and complete my purchase in full. But I appreciate the gesture nonetheless, I was in a bit of a panic! That was very kind of him and the rest of the staff! That made my day!
I'm going to start carrying cash on me again, lesson learned.

When I walked in, I knew they took freaky fast seriously, there was a guy that was wiping down tables who did a light jog around the back of the counter to help me right away and then the ladies that made my sandwich had it made and in my hand in a minute. I think the whole interaction took me two minutes in and out of the store you guys need to get them a tip jar so they can get tipped for their service.

The worker is rude and he doesn’t even acknowledge you. Just stares at you. He was too lazy to bag my sandwiches after I asked and told me to do it myself. Mutiple people has mentioned this and nothing changes. Will never go there again. Then you ask me to share my experience - I just did. Email the owner yourself-clearly they don’t care

My last 2 experiences were the same. The girl at the register won't speak. To me that is beyond rude and unacceptable. I stood there waiting for her and her tattoos to say can I help you, or can I take your order, but nope, not a word, so I stood there waiting. The sandwich maker came by after like 5 minutes and asked is you waiting fo sumptin? I said no, and left. Won't ever come back again. Used to be a daily customer.

I always get my JJs with hot peppers. While ordering on-line I saw crispy jalapeños so I added that instead. I got and am not a fan of JALAPENO POTATO CHIPS crushed on my sandwich. NOT HAPPY!

Yesterday I ordered a Vito and took it to go. As I was leaving I held the door for an approaching customer and a mouse entered into the restaurant. I'm concerned there is a mice issue. After seeing a mouse enter in I was unable to enjoy my sandwich and threw it out. I will not be going back to this restaurant.
