I always get my JJs with hot peppers. While ordering on-line I saw crispy jalapeños so I added that instead. I got and am not a fan of JALAPENO POTATO CHIPS crushed on my sandwich. NOT HAPPY!

Yesterday I ordered a Vito and took it to go. As I was leaving I held the door for an approaching customer and a mouse entered into the restaurant. I'm concerned there is a mice issue. After seeing a mouse enter in I was unable to enjoy my sandwich and threw it out. I will not be going back to this restaurant.

Mostly go here out if convenience. Sandwiches are usually made the way you want only flaws for me, when I order on app or online I always put to cut in half &’it’s never done. The amount of bass they have on for whatever music they have blaring is crazy obnoxious. But if you want freaky fast it works.

I really like their mini subs and day old sub buns. Their subs taste great and very fresh. They have a special right now where you can get a free sub. I highly recommend Jimmy John's.Vegetarian options: If you're not a meat lover or want to cut down on calories, they have a great Vegetarian choice you can try

Alright Jimmy J, I've got a bone to pick with you. Are your sammies delicious? Yes. Do you deliver to my house less than a mile away? No. (Insert tearful emoji). And you might be thinking, "well gee that's close enough to go pick it up yourself," but on a rainy cold day I was craving the freaky-fast-delivery! Consider this my plea for a change. We went ahead and ordered online - three sandwiches for four people because let me tell ya, that's plenty. I opted for the good ol' turkey tom. You just can't go wrong with this classic choice. However I removed mayo from the order because they go way too hefty on that for my liking. My mom and I split this sub and as per, said how much we love soft their bread. The rest of the order was a #2 (aka roast beef) and #12 (aka beach club) which has the fancy avo-spread. We snagged a bag of bbq chips and a bag of salt and vinegar. I'm not even a chip gal but I enjoy the one's at JJs.I put in the order and left my house soon after. Once I arrived, a few folks were in-line to order at the register. They all put in their orders, paid, and left with their goods before my subs were ready. Needless to say, I'll probably just go in-store for take-out next time as it seems like the speediest option!

We stopped in 25 min before closing. We were told we couldn’t use a card . Than another employee came out and told us we had to us exact change and started going through all the stuff they didn’t want to get back out for us. Which was about 60% of the condiments on the sandwiches. He was VERY rude. Basically chasing our order of 4 and another customer away.I guess 9:00 close means 8:30 close here. I just hope their paychecks reflect this also.

The staff were great, friendly and quick. The turkey "unwhich" that I ordered was well over 95% lettuce with one tomatoe on the open end and 3, maybe 4 thin slices of turkey. After getting the same "unwhich " in Detroit and Ohio I was expecting a delicious meal, but got a salad instead. My next visit to JJ will be back in Ohio.
