I ordered the the lunch special the chicken lo mein with the chicken fried rice two egg rolls, in the side of the fried chicken wings why did they give me the Chinese fried chicken and when I called to inform them of what happened why is Miss Kate being very rude and disrespectful and refused to replace and or give me my money back. Then she hung up on me. And asked her why she hang up on me that is poor customer service and that is not how you handle a complaint. I will not be ordering food from them anymore because of the way that she handles her complaints and stated their policy which is not posted anywhere in the store or on the receipt

King's Wok food is really good! Their chicken fried rice, chicken lomein, sesame chicken, chicken fried chicken, and crab Rangoon are all delicious! I did try their fried pork pot stickers, but they were not my cup of tea. I did not like them! The staff is super nice and friendly. I will be back to try more dishes.

This place never ceases to amaze us. From the friendliest workers, to the astonishing food ! I have yet to order something I didn't like, and were particular about our Asian cuisine. Unfortunately, we're moving three hours away, but be assured that we will be here Everytime we're back in town. Thanks for ALL the great food over the years !!!
