Every time I come here I order a mcdouble or quarter pounder I ask them make sure they put the ketchup mustard and onions because they haven't been putting anything on them so this time they said they would make sure and instead they put 1 picked and no onions guess I will have to start going to another McDonald's cause this one can't get shot right if it would of let me post a Pic I would but you better believe it will be posted on Facebook

Really disappointed that my order was almost completely messed up. Only thing that was right was 2 shakes and a double cheeseburger. Mcchicken breading has pepper on it. A mccrispy patty in a mcchicken is bland af. The quarter pounder was supposed to be a deluxe.... see any lettuce or tomatoes?

This place is a good fast food restaurant at breakfast time. The rest of the day is iffy. Don't go inside. It's crazy and employees are often telling and cussing at each other.

If i could do zero stars.. the worst mcdonalds i have visited yet. Some employees dont even speak English. Second: they slow..down the order taking at the drive through on the second shift. Always! Slow and super bad service. I also ordered 40 min before going to work. I dont what problem they had because i paid cash and they messed up on the computer and had me wait over 10 min with food set aside on a very chilly day. Got my order super late, cold and i was late for work. Almost 40 min in all. Just bad, bad, bad always.

I have been here 2 times. Both times the drive through order is different than the order when I paid. The people are nice and apologize but they mentioned they don't speak English so it's hard to fix mistakes. Not sure how this location stays open.

to start off this place is super dirty nasty just look at the windows ! incompetent help including the manager - example - ordered a double cheeseburger with Xtra onions - waited 20 min at a stand still got it drove away opened it up - no onions - went back - told them the tag on the burger says Xtra but they were put on - the manager came and said we re-make it - another 20 min stand still in drive thru - got the 2nd one drove around opened it - tag says its on there, opened it up , NO extra onions - went around 3rd time- manager again says we remake it - ANOTHER 20 min stand still , 3rd one drove away , I thought for sure they have to be on there -well you guess it there not ! - I mean can this place be anymore ignorant, if they cant this right how do they make anything in this place -- just go somewhere else on port road don't waste your time
