We ordered 144 donuts, 4 different flavors for my wedding on 10/18! The team did a fantastic job on the donuts, they were absolutely delicious!! Guests were raving about the donuts and they got devoured so quickly. Luckily we had a couple left over for the next morning to snack on 😅 Thank you so much Team, Alex, Rio, Sage, and Elle!! We will always visit when in the area!

Workers on phones and conversing in back. Service slow. Waited 24 mins on a hot dog. After 25 mins I went to the bathroom & when I came back they said they threw my hot dog out. So I’m waiting on the remake that only took 6-7 mins …so why was I waiting on the first hotdog for almost half an hr.? Make it make sense .!

Mochi doughnuts are interesting- crispy on the outside but chewy inside. I was a huge fan of the ube one- very subtly sweet. I tried a chocolate peanut one that was a little sickeningly sweet for me. If youre not into super sweet stuff, id go for the fruit ones!

The donuts have improved since they opened, and I like that the actual pastry isn’t too sweet— allowing for much more indulgent toppings. The tea is okay but not excellent, and the korean corn dogs are similarly good but nothing to write home about. However, service is wonderful— Claire at the Bayshore location is an absolute joy! Personable, funny, and on top of things. We like her very much. :)

Customer service was lacking. A girl with red hair was making negative comments about me for whatever reason, ones of which I was able to hear and see from shifty glances unfortunately. Food and tea were ok, however.
Their stuff is just not to my taste, but my youngest offspring loves it.

So upset, they do not serve their teas/drinks anymore in the cans!!! . Especially when they are advertised as such on the screen. BAD BAD BAD!!! It was sooo convenient!!
