Pretty weak selection of macaroni and cheese for being in Wisconsin. Watery sauce just falls to the bottom of the bowl. How is it that Panera and Cousin subs has better mac than you?

Purchased two bowls for $24 today. Very, and I mean, very tiny serving of protein in each. In the spicy Asian noodles bowl, six slivers of beef the size of a child’s pinky finger. Insulting! The other bowl had 6-7 fingertip size chunks of chicken — this even after I mentioned the same concerns about a previous $28 order. POOR PORTION SIZES OF PROTEN from this location, but GOBS of NOODLES⁉️

I came on 10/11…there was only one worker throughout the building leaving the young lady to cook and take care of the register by herself and she was awesome, and really nice…she did let me know that it was only her to give her some time which was totally cool!! This young lady needs a raise ASAP!!

P.S. to the management staff shame on you for having her here by herself!! Even if she is capable doesn’t mean she needs to stay her by herself especially if it’s a lunch rush

Chicken noodle soup is big and great for a small& healthy meal. Chicken inside is delicious.

The noodles are giving soupy like soup era. #watery I didn’t like it at all. Just ruined my all time favorite meal in here

The food here was pretty good, but the portions are somewhat disappointing, for the price. The eat-in-store table area could be cleaner.

For the love of god, never apply to a job or spend any money here. Never had a more unhinged, toxic work environment in my life. Employees actively hate and talk trash about customers, as an ex employee who's worked for over 3 years and watched a lot of bullcrap go down. Fires via ghosting. Alleged "use" on the job by multiple parties. Hiring a registered offender and scheduling him with minor employees. The area manager knows and doesn't care. Alleged violations of labor laws as well that they should be thankful I haven't had the time to report yet. Horrible people run this place and the old manager was somehow way better. Also they skimp on your food and yell at employees for trying to give you appropriate portion sizes or enough sauce to actually cover your noodles. Discriminates against LGBTQ people specifically in 3 anecdotal accounts. Waste of money, screw this place. Those sacks of garbage can text me if you have a problem with this review, they know who I am because I've tried to contact them multiple times to no avail. Disgusting and unprofessional place all around

After watching how a customer was treated by one of your employees, I WOULD NEVER give your company even $.01. The customer was correct and your employees were completely RUDE!

Just left the restaurant and this is the 3rd time I’ve visited this location on separate occasions and they forget to put the rice crispys in the kids meals. That’s a big deal for my kids and a big miss every time I visit this location.

Wanted to get dinner at 7PM. Saw all the chairs were up on the dining tables. Asked if they were closing and they said no. Asked if I can sit at a table with a chair and they said I'd have to sit at a table with a backless stool. I've been working all day, no thanks. Popped on Google Maps to see what their hours were, and was surprised to see they were open for another 3 hours. Oh well. Maybe next time, but I probably won't be back.

My favorite Noodles and Company in the city love their staff

Restaurant was open till 10pm. I arrived around 930pm to some lights off, all chairs on table, and none of the staff would take our order. We waited about 10 mins while staff avoided us and messed around on their phone. When order was finally taken, employee was rude and seemed annoyed. No greeting, smile or eye contact.

Door Dash Delivery tonight (Sept. 28, 2023) around 6:15 pm. I ordered Japanese Pan and Buttered Noodles with parm chicken and side Caesar salad. Japanese Pan was a gummy gluten mess. It looked like it was sitting in pan all day and just put in the container at the end of the day. The noodles were over cooked and soggy and clumped together, steak tasted okay and was tender enough and well seasoned but a some pieces were gamey in places. The broccoli was too hard to chew too. Overall, my food was not good. I am sitting her out of almost $40 and filling disappoint and still hungry. One good note is my daughter loved her buttered noodles with parm chicken. She did wish there was some more Alfredo sauce on it though. Needless to say the Terminator lied.I won’t be back‼️
