HORRIBLE TRAUMATIC experience!! I placed an online order that somehow never showed on their end of the system! I was asked for my order number and proof of purchase even going as far as wanting to see the email which I showed proof of everything several times. The store manager let me know that its not in the system after me proving that I did indeed ordered at this location. She went ahead after about 15mins. and taking screenshots of the order off of my phone and had the line cooks to prepare my order. I received it still upset went and picked it up off the counter. Then I hear the line cook say your welcome! Mind you Ive visited this location several times she never speaks all you get is an eye roll and your bag thrown on the counter so I assume the Your welcome was her way of poking the bear seeing that Im already upset about having to prove over and over that I did indeed ordered online. I will NEVER visit this location again and do NOT recommend it at all felt totally discriminated against! I am a Law abiding tax paying citizen just like anyone else who enters their establishment. Didnt eat the food because if the person preparing it attitude is that nasty no way Im trusting that...

I placed an order online for a French dipper with light garlic aïoli. I went to pick it up and got home and saw that it was filled with so much aïoli it was honestly disturbing and seemed intentional. It was spilling out of the sides of the sandwich, was just a mess and overall inedible for me. I called the store and spoke to a lady who identified herself as manager (who didn’t give me her name) was extremely rude and wouldn’t even let me finish my sentences. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service and I will not be returning. She offered a refund and literally hung up on my face. If I had her name I would put it here. It’s unfortunate to receive this type of service at one of the nicer locations, but I can assure you that I will not be returning here.

This is a great location! I’ve been here a few times and each experience was fantastic. The food is really good, it’s clean, and the staff is always friendly. Every sandwich I ordered has been delicious, and my young daughter loves the Mac and cheese. I’ve also ordered take out through the app, and everything was on time and correct.

What can I say beside mmmh! The food here is really great and the place is always clean! The workers are nice and always offer more. The place has lots of seating and is easy to get in and out of. There is also outdoor seating so on nice days you can sit out and enjoy there. I recommend this location because it’s near shopping and it is always clean.

Ordered food at kiosk in store which was very easy. Location was very clean, food ready relatively quick and staff very friendly.
Did uber eats order food was delicious . I got the bacon turkey bravo sandwich and chicken noodle soap everything was hot and fresh and delicious . Thank you guys first time trying a sandwich it was great
