Went in this potbelly to get my kids, 2 kids meals, one kid was with me and the other was in the car. While ordering the kids meals, the employee had the audacity to ask me "and are these for you?" I ignored him the first time and kept proceeding with my order. He asked me again, "ok, but what's for you? I Ask him does it matter and reminded him he shouldn't be questioning customers in that way. He then told me I'm not gonna argue with you and I told him you're right. I'm not about to eat here. I then asked him for his manager's information and he refused to give it to me and the other two employees refuse to give it to me as well. As I was walking out "he then says all this for a five dollar sandwich?" I turned around and asked him what he said and he said, "I said have a good day!" I then told him it's the principal you don't know how many kids I'm feeding. You don't have the right to ask me is a sandwich for me or not. To experience this at Bayshore is wild. I would say it's because the color of my skin, but there was a whole black employee laughing in my face like he was at the Circus laughing. At the end of the day, customer service is at all time low and I refuse to spend my money where I'm not welcomed. Funny thing is, I called another Potbelly to get the general managers information and to also ask them what their policy is, and she reassured me that he should not have been questioning me about who I'm I'm feeding.

I’m sorry to do this, but the cross contamination I witnessed here was shocking. The guy that made my sandwich was handling raw bacon right before he took my sandwich from the toaster and dressed it. I watched him in shock. He didn’t even attempt to wipe his gloves off. This is horrible. Don’t go here or you may die…

Service was a 2/5. I specifically ordered a turkey and a ham sandwich.. (I only got turkey). I got to checkout and asked for a cup of water thinking it would be free. Nope the girl at the register charged me for it and didn’t even tell me. I had to check my receipt after.. Ok place but please get the orders right and let people know what they’re paying for!

I ordered through Uber Eats and Potbelly forgot to put one of the sandwiches in the bag . Casey from Potbelly called me back because I couldn’t get a hold of the driver. I am so impressed and grateful she drove the sandwich over herself because it was the stores fault. You truly showed full service and kindness!! I appreciate you so much!

Went here today and this was our first time ever eating at a Potbelly. The service we received from Jordan, Alexa and Cassie was some of the best customer service we have had in a while. That alone makes us want to go back again.

If you’re going to wear a hat, it should serve its purpose—keeping hair out of the way. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here, as it seemed like no one bothered to tie their hair back, leaving it loose and dangerously close to the food. This is a basic hygiene issue that’s hard to overlook.

I went here today, and I was the only person in line, and there were 3 people working here. It started off fine after I ordered my two sandwiches and then when they put them through the oven, all three workers gathered and sat in a group and put my sandwiches aside and literally talked for TEN minutes right in front of me before deciding to pick up my sandwich again and actually make it. The sandwich was OK but the workers forgot that I had specifically asked for no avocados WHILE putting avocados on the sandwich so they had to remake the sandwich. Not great service, I would suggest they hire people who aren’t so careless and immature.

Service at this location has crashed and burned. No one says hello- only "what do you want". They won't even bag your food. They put all your items on the counter and look at you. I asked for a bag. They hand me a bag and continue to stare at me. No napkins or crackers offered for my chili. No thank you as you leave. Just terrible. I get that customer service work isn't the best but why treat your guests like they are bothering you?

We got catering for a staff members birthday and it was awesome! The food of course was delicious! It arrived promptly at our desired delivery time. Dina who delivered and set up was such joy! She set everything up perfectly for us. Thank you Dina!!! We will for sure be doing this again for our next event! Thanks again, Dina!!!

Absolutely terrible!! Inedible food. A waste of money and couldn't even eat the food. For about $5 I could have made it BETTER myself. Ordered 2 subs & 2 soups for my wife & myself and it's still sitting here inedible. Called the shop to explain this and was told it was the delivery persons fault! Bad dry bread, WAY too much cracked black pepper in everything & just a horrible experience all in all. Don't waste your time and money. Go somewhere else....

The food is great, but I really have to give it up to the woman who seems to always be on top of things and has such a great attitude even when there's a rush. She was able to hand me my mobile order while also checking out another customer. If she's not a manager she should be because she's always on top of things whenever I go and today was no different.
