I picked up an order on 04/26 at 8 pm. If I were the manager I’d be ashamed. The floor was covered with trash (serving area, kitchen, and the customer side). The counters were dirty too. Staff if not very friendly, looks unmotivated, mumble and seems desperate when asked to repeat. Plenty of things missing from the order.
My only complaint is easily solved, wrap the burritos tighter so my meat won’t cause my burrito to unravel.

The food was great. The service was great but the restaurant could be cleaner. I don't think they go around and clean the tables enough but other than that everything was really good. I would love to get delivery but they don't have the options I would get in the store. There is no option for 3 cheese nachos. Or an option for extra sides of nachos. I don't always have a car so that limits my options. But keep up the good service on the restaurant.

They said online orders only there was only one worker in there
Walked in and immediately told they were only taking online orders……no customers in the restaurant and not openly advertised that this location was only taking online orders. Never been to a location where this has been done and not impressed with service
Walked in an got snapped at that they are only doing pickup orders. Went down the road to a different Qdoba. No sign or anything to say they weren't open on the inside.
Came in during a snow storm and they obviously short staffed. Two ladies at the counter very nice and helpful. Service was great!

Ordered a nacho for delivery, didn’t get chips explained how this was now the second time this has happened and got hung up on while i was still talking
There is no other Qdoba that I frequent at. The service is phenomenal. The food is delicious! Shoutout to Ms Netta she gave me all the info for catering. I’m excited for my work event.
The customer service here is above and beyond. The ladies working the afternoon I was here were so friendly and so helpful. I appreciate that!
Very disorganized. Line is 3x as long as it should be because employees are talking to friends by the register. Had multiple customers waiting for chips because the employee checking out wanted to wait to refill the chip bags for some odd rationale.
They're always taking online door dash orders only. Can never just walk in and enjoy the food. Such a bummer.
