Absolutely horrible telling lies… I come in and the guy tells me to order on the screen behind me while he leans on the counter to do whatever on his phone and never change his gloves which is disgusting
But I asked if they take orders at the counter and he said they don’t have money in the drawer, so why don’t we put cash in the drawer so you all can do your job properly but I then told him I’m paying with a card and he said awe well u still can use the machine behind you
And this is unacceptable and won’t be back to this location I will email corporate

Rude customer service. Took felt like I waited 20 minutes to get my order through the drive through. I chose random burritos and mixed it up this time around. When I got to the window, I was asked, “what did you order?” I honestly couldn’t remember since I chose random items I saw that looked good on the menu. The dude at the front counter heard me say “I don’t remember”, then he comes up to me and says “how do you not remember, you JUST ordered it” With an attitude. I honestly laughed out loud, couldn’t believe this man had the nerve to give me attitude. I should’ve responded with, “you took my order, you should already see it and know what I ordered.” Never coming back here again.

Obviously the card service was down. They got the order wrong and I'm pretty sure I was overcharged. I don't understand why every Taco Bell I go to is ran so bad. You don't see Chik Fil a or Culver's ran like this so it's possible to do a good job

This place is randomly closed at odd hours. When I've went I've paid for Supreme tacos and received regular ones. I also had to wait 8 minutes for a "shift change" while sitting in the drive thru. I've never experienced that anywhere else...

This visit was to give this location a chance at redemption due to my last visit being weird because an employee showed up to threaten another employee and the police showed up and everything.My order was okay that day.Today, I went straight to the restroom to wash my hands before ordering.The men's room toilet was one of the worst things I've seen.I decided to ignore that since I was only washing my hands.I put soap on my hands and the sink wasn't working! I'm aware of the sensor,by the way. I walked to the hot sauces and I used napkins to wipe the soap from my hands and walked out because if I can't wash my hands, neither can the employees in the men's room. DON'T TRUST THEIR FOOD WITH A RESTROOM LIKE THAT.

We went through the drive shorty after 11:30 pm, the lady at the drive through would not give us time to order, we were there for maybe 3 minutes and in that time frame she asked if there will be anything else 4 different times. She then told us that we needed to order because there were other customers and they were going to be closing soon, it says that the drive through closes at 1 am. I don't care how good the food is, treating customers like this is a deal breaker, I won't be ordering from here again

All of the lights were off gave me a small drink when I paid for a large and the bathrooms were locked because no one cleaned them.
