I went thru the drive thru. The workers was rude. I ask a question. The person wouldn't answer my question. I didn't get have a nice day nothing. I won't be back.

Went through the drive thru on a Thursday night at 11:30. Hours clearly state they're open until midnight, but when I got to the speaker, an automated message said they were closed. Pulled up & there was a worker at the window with a headset on who just stared at me as I drove by. Laziness is rampant in the fast food industry, and my experience was 100% unacceptable.

This is another one of fast food spots ran by crappy managers to lazy to take orders try to force you to use there stupid self order crap. And also not exepting cash this place is a joke

Tried to order before they closed we were at the drive through at 12:40 they close at 1am. They didn’t answer the drive through so we went to the window and they stated we had to make an online order only. So we made the online order and now they won’t accept it because it’s 15mins before they close. I will be calling Corperate tomorrow to report these rude employees worst experience ever.

Rude employee, ordering through the drive thru and the guy was speaking to us and all nice and then this lady come in and start talking ahead of the guy and we couldn’t even hear him?? Like lady WHY ARE YOU TALKING while he is talking? Is disrespectful .

How slow do you gotta be to work here? How do yall forget sauce when people ask for once when ordering then again at the window because I know they slow and will forget. And still forget the sauce.
How is this Taco Bell open and the mequon location closed?!?!?! This location is absolutely awful!!!!!!!! How are they out of chicken, steak, and beef?????? LOL telling me to cancel MY personally placed ordered is rude. This is not the first time they are out of meat…. They are just lazy.. per usual. This location needs to close ASAP. Rude. Wow! What a difference! The last time I was there it was an awful experience. This time it was fantastic. The manager was there - well, on her way out for the night - but took the time to ask me if I had been taken care of. She was genuine in her concern and asked the staff to make my order ASAP. My order was ready in no time at all. They used my name and thanked me. While I was eating my dinner, an employee came out to clean the dining room, which almost never happens. Overall, it was a very positive experience. Thank you for your efforts, Taco Bell! Keep up the good work!

Second time They refused to let me use the toilet, they said it was broken, but I don't believe it. I think they just don't let anyone in there. Last time I was in this place.

Horrible customer service horrible food, horrible, horrible horrible girl at the window. Nasty attitude wanted me to get online after spending $25 just to get upside of sour cream and go back and around the window and order it if Corporate sees this you guys gotta do some about this because this is your brand on the line unless y’all just don’t care it really sucks that when we go into neighborhoods were Black people are we gotta always experience this type of behavior but when we go out to other areas is different, they have more of a excellence about it. It’s a shame furthermore, if you don’t like your job go back to school and get a degree with something that you actually like instead of treating people like trash for a job you chose Really sad. I hope Corporate sees this and fire you behind.
Had regular Pepsi instead of Diet Pepsi in the drive through, the lady let us double check the drinks and fixed it right away at the window.
