Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I received a sandwich that was not made right and when I wanted my money back I was told they don't do refunds. When I ask for anyone other than the manager on shift contact info I was told she couldn't give me thar. I hope that someone reach out to me to resolve this. Thank you

This place is being ran by children with no direction or guidance on how to methodically run a business during rush hour. Customer were awaiting orders for 30 plus minutes with no explanation.

The food is good but the service is horrible. They are always closing the store 1-2 hours before they are suppose to. They won’t complete the orders if it’s 1-2 hours before closing. We did an online order and was not able to get a refund because they closed early. Not worth the trouble go somewhere else if you can. They honestly need to close the store indefinitely and hopefully a new company will come that actually wants to be open and conduct business.

They need to have more establishments like this very welcoming, very loving, energetic, and very kind I love it here

My first time coming was yesterday and and asked for recommendations and got the pomegranate plunge and omg it was soooo good. So im back today lbs. Highly recommend

The young ladies Tori and Amirah (and the manager) were all kind and attentive to our order very, very helpful. They seem like they will be promising in all that they do. 100/10 HIGHLY recommend a visit to this location.

I have been to this location many times in person and I have never had one bad thing to say until now. If you have time to lean, you have time to clean, if you have time to go outside and smoke a blunt and FaceTime someone around the corner of the building and not help the people that are trying to come into your store that’s a problem.
I was about to go in when I noticed the employee was around the corner outside of the building, smoking a blunt and face timing someone. When you go to work you work, not to be on your phone and not to be hiding.

Been going to this location since the beginning of the year and enjoyed my visit and items every time. I went today expecting to see one of my favorite workers that knows how to hold a conversation and has great customer service and he wasn't there. I was nervous to place an order because I was afraid it wasn't going to be correct and unfortunately it wasn't. Smoothie was distasteful and incorrect, service was horrible, wait was long. I will never order from this location again. I am disappointed.

There was an extremely sharp piece of plastic in my wrap and I almost swallowed it! I tried to call the location that I was serviced at but the number is disconnected. I am unable to travel back to the location because I live over 40 minutes away! I am extremely upset and would like for someone to contact me IMMEDIATELY.
