I Loved going to Atlas and Love the food. Today not so much, to get food. I had to order at the bar and go sit and wait for my food. It felt like a fast food restaurant. I know that restaurants are short on help but there was only 3-4 tables. Will I go back highly doubtful. If I'm going out to dinner I like someone to help me on what to order
BBQ was great. We order a pound of burnt ends and one of brisket. Enough for a family of 4 and take some left overs home. I must say coleslaw was not good, at least not what we expected. Meat was tasteful, tender and very moist! Don't remember name of all their sauces, but with the exception of the sour something sauce they were all very good. They have one habanero sauce with had the right amount of heat for me personally. In general very good experience. We will most definitely be returning in the future.
Very yummy. Not much atmosphere but very yummy food.
Pulled chicken and sauces were good, but the mac n cheese was great!
I ordered the sliced brisket sandwich and it was absolutely incredible!! The fries were also pretty amazing! I wasn't too thrilled with receiving a COLD cornbread muffin, but it was still good. Overall, especially for the price, I would highly recommend if you're looking for some tasty local BBQ!
I had the brisket Ruben , Mac n cheese, bakes beans and Mexican corn. All pretty good. The home made fries really were the best ?
New self serve concept feels a bit more like Culvers than I'd like but food was great and they make a good Old Fashioned.
Great food, very good service!
The change to counter service / paper containers makes it feel like a traditional bbq place. That’s the only difference we noticed, as the food was still incredible.
Good bbq, great place. Me being a southern gal I wish they would put more char and less sauce on the burnt end. Everything was good.

Stopped by for carryout order while passing through. Was very impressed, best brisket sandwich ive had anywhere near Milwaukee.
Absolutely love this place. I see the chili is now on the menu. Hands down the best chili. Treat yourself!!
Great food!!! Brisket was on point!!!! Burnt ends were very good! Food was all around exceptional. Although the cole slaw was very good, it didnt seem to go well with the rest of the food, as to why i gave Atlas a 4star, BUT i will be a frequent visitor for the brisket and burnt ends!!
Delicious meat and sauces, enjoyed every bite!! Sides were very flavorful.
Zero stars. I'm not sorry for this review because literally everything we ordered was terrible and the "service" was terrible. I cannot believe this place is still open and running. It should be shut down. For the price of their food and for half of it to be not edible is disgusting and they know it which is why they make you pay before you get your food and then you have to get your drinks and food from the counter. Not even real plates or forks?! This is worse than McDonald's at this point and there was an actual bug in one of our drinks too and they didn't refund us. I'm so disgusted and displeased with our time here and had we not had to pay before hand when I saw the food I would've turned back around and walked out the door. I hope the owner sees this and changes things or just closes instead.
