What a fabulous bagel entity. While we were here this morning, we decided to come out and check them out. I am giving them a thumbs up and the bagel terrific. The coffee is good. The restaurant is extremely clean, and the two gentleman behind the counter was very pleasant. Very unusual from coming Arizona or no one cares about anything.

We sometimes order the bagel/muffin platters for work events. The owner is very friendly, orders are always ready to go on time as promised, and the quality is excellent.

First, the people there are very very friendly, warm, and inviting. But the bagels are not good. They're all too soft for it to really be a bagel. There's no chew or knock like you'd find in a regular bagel. One bite and the whole thing flattens. Giving this place 3/5 because the people seem genuinely friendly.

All I have to say is I can't believe I waited so long to go here. Ive lived in ozaukee for many years and only came here for the first time the other day and it was amazing. My spouse and I had bagels that were amazing and took some muffins home that were equally amazing. Will definitely be going back.

Ordered 3 dozen bagels to go for the next day. Drove the 20 miles to get there at 10am. Wait 20 minutes in line to be told they were running out of bagels and sold them. Was told they would make them if I came back later. You have lost a customer will never go to any Big Apple Bagels again. If I did this to any of my customers I would be fired.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. His bagels were hard and old tasting. I went in to tell him that they tasted stale, and he started to scream at me in front of the entire store. I was very kind about this all I did was ask if he could switch my old disgusting bagels out for Some fresh ones since i paid 50 bucks for them

Love getting breakfast here! The bagels are always super soft & fresh, and they have great prices. Super large soda with Coke freestyle machine. The owner is the best!
