All I have to say is I can't believe I waited so long to go here. Ive lived in ozaukee for many years and only came here for the first time the other day and it was amazing. My spouse and I had bagels that were amazing and took some muffins home that were equally amazing. Will definitely be going back.

Ordered 3 dozen bagels to go for the next day. Drove the 20 miles to get there at 10am. Wait 20 minutes in line to be told they were running out of bagels and sold them. Was told they would make them if I came back later. You have lost a customer will never go to any Big Apple Bagels again. If I did this to any of my customers I would be fired.

Love getting breakfast here! The bagels are always super soft & fresh, and they have great prices. Super large soda with Coke freestyle machine. The owner is the best!

I was driving North on the highway. And I thought I'd pick up 2 dozen sliced toasted bagels period so I call ahead. And I was told that because there were a lot of people in line that I couldn't come in right away period So I went somewhere else. Period Then someone called me quite a while later and said "your orders ready" and I said, why don't you check Google reviews period

Bagels didn't have much flavor. The main problem was it cost me over $9.00 for 2 bagels and cream cheese! Terrible value for tasteless bagels. The man behind the counter was very nice.

The owner, Joe, is always so friendly, and not only knows most all his customers names, but he always makes it a point to ask about how their families are doing and making each customer feel welcome and seen! Be ready to wait over a half hour for a bagel. Always slow no matter how many customers there are in there. Twice now, I've called in ahead of time and I've shown up for them to say that they don't have the bagel I ordered. Then I had to wait an additional 15 minutes. Bagels are usually pretty good, but not worth the wait. Very inefficient
