Online order stated pick-up time of 533pm. When I arrived and asked for my order it had not been started at 535pm. Young man who helped the ordering customers coughed and sneezed and did not wash his hands..and was definitely handling food.. That needs to be corrected. Food was tasty but the service was not.

I ordered 2 sandwiches online. I picked them up and one of the sandwiches was torn up to hell. Called in and they said they would make a new one. Went back and picked up the new sandwich and they made the wrong damn sandwich. Go to Mequon, Thiensville, or Port Washington. It's worth the drive.

Was told they are unable to hold the onion and tomatoes from a chicken cheddar deluxe or the chicken bacon cheddar with no explanation as to why..? Been getting the same thing forever unless they decide today is the day they can't..not put something on?

I wish a whole sub wasn't almost $20, but besides gold coast/Suburbia Cousins is the bomb. Even just a ham and cheese is to die for and the bread is always fresh. Beats subway hands down any day of the week, and they are just as pricy now.
