Came in for a sub today and was greeted with a smile and the best service ever! I only go to this cousins as they have the nicest crew around! Thanks so much for being so kind and can't wait to come back for another delicious sub!

Cousins has Krispy bread.But this location does not! disgusting soft crusted bread, which they probably stored overnight.You need to get new bread everyday and it should be crispy!!

Not really sure if they could be any slower. Every guest waiting a minimum of 15-20 minutes for their small orders. Some even longer. Clearly very unstaffed. Only two employees during lunch service. This seems to be very typical at this location. If you have a lot of time to burn, stop by. If you are in a hurry, this is not the place for you.

Online order stated pick-up time of 533pm. When I arrived and asked for my order it had not been started at 535pm. Young man who helped the ordering customers coughed and sneezed and did not wash his hands..and was definitely handling food.. That needs to be corrected. Food was tasty but the service was not.

This place sucks. Every time I go there they never have my order ready and I sit there for 15+ minutes waiting. They are horrible. Go elsewhere.
I ordered 2 sandwiches online. I picked them up and one of the sandwiches was torn up to hell. Called in and they said they would make a new one. Went back and picked up the new sandwich and they made the wrong damn sandwich. Go to Mequon, Thiensville, or Port Washington. It's worth the drive.
