Was told they are unable to hold the onion and tomatoes from a chicken cheddar deluxe or the chicken bacon cheddar with no explanation as to why..? Been getting the same thing forever unless they decide today is the day they can't..not put something on?

I ordered an italian sub, chips and a drink that came to over $14.00. The meat and cheese were sliced paper thin, very skimpy. There was hardly any lettuce, tomato and onion, just a sprinkling. No spices. No detectable oil on the sandwich. Sad.

Mostly clean dining area. Many of the tables needed to be wiped down. I usually get a turkey sandwich but this time I chose the pastrami and it tasted like it was almost entirely made of salt. The fries were very salty also but it could have been the residual salt from the cold cuts.

I wish a whole sub wasn't almost $20, but besides gold coast/Suburbia Cousins is the bomb. Even just a ham and cheese is to die for and the bread is always fresh. Beats subway hands down any day of the week, and they are just as pricy now.

Can't get the order right! We ordered veggie subs with Italian dressing, NO DRESSING given. A skimpy sandwich with a little lettuce, a little tomato and 2 slices of very thin sliced cheese and they then don't give you the dressing that makes the sandwich which is very overpriced at $7.49 each! Tiny bags of chips at $1.79 each! On top of that they ask for a tip! What a rip off!
While I was waiting a lady came back and she was mad her sandwich was wrong and she told them to remake it and she wasn't waiting another 20 minutes!

Was looking for a quick bite while I was getting an oil change and saw cousins but was worried when I read some of the reviews. I decided anyways to try it and ended up being very happy with my meal. Service was quick and easy even though I was in during the lunch rush. Don't have cousins very often but this was great!
