As far as fast food goes its a SOLID 4stars. Idk how to get 5 out of me other than having different burgers than any other fresh made, not frozen restaurant other than butter on the bun. Prime rib burger wiuld be fantastic, or some all day breakfast options since at the moment they have NO breakfast options. That would for sure get 5 stars ... But i want a cut for the idea lol

Their food is wonderful, sure, but actual organization and comprehension skills are lacking in the management. When an employee updates you multiple times on an address change because they’re moving away from a house they’re experiencing violence in?? And you have over A YEAR to understand that and still send important tax information straight to the abuser’s home instead of to the new address of your employee? You fail terribly.

The past 4 times I’ve been to this location, my order has been messed up. I tried getting a cheesecake 4 times and EVERY single time it’s either cookie dough or something completely different. The cashiers generally are pretty friendly. I live across the street from the location and every night kids meet in the parking lot and do burnouts in the parking lot, even when it’s busy. Orders get messed up all the time here, at least mine do.

Every time I go to this location they screw something up! This time I had both my baskets ungraded to pretzel bites & they forgot the cheese cups for both orders of pretzel bites. I call the store & ask hey do I have to pay for the cheese now or what? The guy on the phone said no they just screwed up & I could come back & get them….I went through the drive thru for a reason! It’s an up charge for the pretzel bites & I was offered no help or reimbursement from that location

Plagued by the same confounding logistical issues as every other Culver's in the area. Place an order in the drive through, get a number, then the food is given away to someone else without checking or taking the number. Why even use the numbered ordering system in the first place especially for something as simple as ice cream?
My order has been forgotten or lost at Culver's many times and there is never an apology or offer of a refund. This will be the last time I go to this overpriced "fast" food restaurant.

This location has really gone downhill. Food is always good, but wow the service is just bad. Dining in takes so much longer that it used to (or should) even to get even small orders. Had a terrible experience in the drive through seeing one of the two ordering lines get taken 3 times before they took our order. Waited over 10 minutes for ice cream and realized they clearly just forgot about it. So fed up. I wish there was a closer alternative location.
