Last week I went here with my friend as a fun new try. Miss Kathy was a very good help with information and very polite, however when it came to the subs themselves they were very sloppy, and I found several hairs in mine from what I assumed was the young man’s black beard who worked there with no hairnet on.

The subs are always hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. I generous they are with the ingredients—every bite is satisfying. The staff is friendly and quick, and the restaurant is clean. My go-to is the Hook & Ladder, but honestly, everything I've tried has been amazing. Definitely one of my favorite sub spots. Highly recommend!

Great subs!
Kathy welcomed us on our way to the register. An elderly gentleman in front of us must have been unsure how to use the soda machine. Kathy happily walked over there and helped him to dispense the soda of his choice!

Very friendly and clean atmosphere. Delicious subs! By far my husband’s and my favorite submarine sandwich restaurant. I appreciate their rewards program. Kathy, Jasmine, Sue Ellen, the whole crew does a great job taking care of their customers from start to finish! Highly recommend!! Also, they are one of the few restaurants in the area that still have a Coca-Cola freestyle machine, which is super fun! 🤩
