The subs are always hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. I generous they are with the ingredients—every bite is satisfying. The staff is friendly and quick, and the restaurant is clean. My go-to is the Hook & Ladder, but honestly, everything I've tried has been amazing. Definitely one of my favorite sub spots. Highly recommend!

Great subs!
Kathy welcomed us on our way to the register. An elderly gentleman in front of us must have been unsure how to use the soda machine. Kathy happily walked over there and helped him to dispense the soda of his choice!

Very friendly and clean atmosphere. Delicious subs! By far my husband’s and my favorite submarine sandwich restaurant. I appreciate their rewards program. Kathy, Jasmine, Sue Ellen, the whole crew does a great job taking care of their customers from start to finish! Highly recommend!! Also, they are one of the few restaurants in the area that still have a Coca-Cola freestyle machine, which is super fun! 🤩

Tonight was my first visit to any Firehouse Sub shop location. The staff was friendly. I enjoyed looking around the shop, it was interesting to see the 1900's firefighter photo, the fire fighter clothing and decor. My sub was made perfectly too. I was impressed with the cleanliness. I will be returning.
Usually decent food and service, but today it’s horrible. No napkins no pickles and and a lot less actual stuff in the sandwich

Food was delicious (as always) and the customer service the workers give is always fantastic! I always reccomend Firehouse (especially this location) to family and friends!
