We went to brunch on Sunday and, unfortunately, the experience was a bit disappointing. One of our meals was supposed to come with potatoes, but they never arrived. Our waitress didn’t check back until after we had finished eating, so it was too late to ask for them at that point.

I also didn’t receive butter for my toast until the end of the meal. When we asked about the missing potatoes, the waitress seemed unsure and simply said “yeah,” which was a little confusing. We thought there might be some acknowledgment or adjustment on the bill, but that didn’t happen.

When I requested a box for leftovers, the one brought was too small to fit everything. I understand the restaurant was busy and the waitress seemed young, but the overall service felt a bit inattentive. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

We went for lunch but I had a sunrise quesadilla which was really good. My husband had a club sandwich which he said was good also. They have a good variety on the menu. We got there about 11:30 and were seated right away but by the time we left people were waiting to be seated. This was a Tuesday. They are very popular. The service was great and friendly. We have been there before and will definitely go again.

We have enjoyed going to the Flipside Cafe & Grill. To it was not to be, we got there and a 30 to 45 minute wait. Too bad for us but good for them. Always good food and service. Maybe next time.

Flipside is an amazing place. I go there every day with my friend, and we love it. I would highly recommend this place. They are flexible with menu toppings being added and taken off. The staff knows our orders by heart and are so patient and enthusiastic, and the atmosphere is very family friendly, and has a cozy feel.

Flipping is a quiet place. It is small. It makes it fell more like home. Nice variety of food. I went on Friday night. It was busy. I waited about 25 minutes. It was worth it.

The staff went above and beyond for a surprise 70th breakfast. Even though they do nor take reservations Sunday the staff was aware and prepared. Great family restaurant.

Food was ok, my waitress smelled like a ashtray and it was bad, I wanted to throw up every time she came by. Surprised that smokers service tables.
