Another visit with another wait on Hot and ready pizza. Come on now Grafton, do better. Multiple cars pulling up and driving away because y'all don't have anything. I shouldn't have to ask if you have the pizza ready when you advertise it. Smh. Never again

Tried it again after not going here in awhile and forgot how horrible it was. But they reminded me by giving me no cheese and what was either burnt top of pizza or really old. It was disgusting and I feel bad for everyone at my son's bday party. 1 of the 6 pizzas bought got ate and there was 27 guests even the kids had a laugh at it and avoided it

Exceptional customer service! Luis, the manager, was very detail oriented and helpful. I called a week ahead of time to place a large order for a school function. Luis called me the day prior to order pick up to confirm my order. Day of pick up, food was hot and ready on time. Even though it was a large order, all pizzas made with consistent quality. Thanks, Luis!!
