while this location is usually fine, the past two times I have gone the food has been cold, which is so disappointing. then most recently, they gave me the wrong sandwich. so to have cold fries and a cold wrong sandwich just really steered me away from coming to the Falls Rd location.

Both of the managers that were working Alyssa and Sarah were very rude to me food was dry and cold was disappointed to hear that Alyssa is a higher up manager and was treating me so poorly I won't be back there

I went there to get the Minecraft adult meal and when I got it it didn’t come in a box like it’s supposed to and no toys included, fry’s were soggy and cold, when I called to tell them about the complaints they were rude and off putting even the manger they said come get different fry’s and said ig you can get the toys in a rude manner, and when I got the fry’s they were still cold and soggy.
I was ordering a meal but at the end she yelled at me is that all

This is by far the best McDonald’s in Ozaukee. My wife and daughter literally complain if I take them to one of the other locations. Staff is super nice, food is always right. Good people working there
