Ordered online and chose pickup instead of drive thru. Drive thru guy couldn't go to counter and grab our order. He made us drive around and go inside to get it ourselves.

When I came in, the very nice man, I believe his name was Kenden, came outside and helped my in, as I recently broke my leg and am on crutches. Kenden proceed to help me at the register. Kenden then brought my food out, and helped me back to my car, and put my crutches back in my car. Kindest kid ever, wouldn't even take my tip because he said he doesn't do kind things for money.

Today I was greeted by Kenden what a fine young gentlemen and hilarious get this kid in stand up immediately. But I paid for my food got my receipt and told me to have a great day and Kendrick the young man at the second window is super nice and charming and handed me my food and told me to have a good day great service love these people man. Also Devin made my Carmel sundae and put an amazing amount on my sundae. Saturday when I went there the 2 girls in the back Kaeden and Ke’liyah were super professional and were superduper kind I will keep coming to this McDonalds

I’ve been seeing a lot of complaints about the poor customer service online about this specific McDonald’s lately and I usually ignore those type of posts because you never know what someone is going through that day. But when I went there today is solidified how accurate people are when they say the lady blonde (very) young lady at the first window has a TERRIBLE attitude. It’s not ok to be customer facing and to take your frustrations out on every single customer. If you hate your job and people, go work at a factory. The first window people always make a world of a difference how a customer foresees their entire visit. Management needs to handle this issue as it is clearly ongoing based on the other review I have just skimmed as well.
