I placed a mobile order for just an iced coffee. Once I arrived, there was someone in front of me, giving their order. Once I pulled up, no one said anything for 5 minutes. I decided to pull up to the window thinking the speaker may have been broken. I honked, and honked again after about 3 more minutes of waiting. Once I got their attention, the guy came to the window, said nothing, so I explained what had happened and that I had a mobile order. When he handed me my coffee, it was a small, not medium. He proceeded to tell me, yes the speaker is working, he was just busy fixing a machine..?

I was trying to use a deal on the app but the machine cancelled my order. The employee then made me wait for the 15 minute countdown. Afterwards, the deal still wouldn't work and he said he couldn't do anything. I proceeded to leave without purchasing anything.
Breakfast service has always been good but when I go there for lunch or dinner, I either wait forever, get the wrong order and/or the mobile app says they are out of something and I don’t get a discount when I order from scratch. The workers seem to be working hard. This is clearly a management problem unfortunately.

Slowest McDonald’s ever. The word “fast” does not exist with these workers here. Been waiting 20 minutes for my quarter pounder and fries. Terrible service and the management is not nice (from previous experience).

Good drive through. Efficient like other McDonalds. If you’re stopping by off the highway it is not an easy off then back on the highway. You have to drive through the parking lot of the shopping center and take a few turns to get back on the highway. Like other McDonalds the French fries are great and the Big Mac is always good. Always get a Coke to top off the meal.
