Was attempting to order pizza and wings from Pizza Hut. They told me 2 1/2 hours and it was gonna be $40 more than what Domino’s was gonna charge me for the same order and Domino’s had it to my front door in 20 minutes. Enough said.

I gave my delivery driver, very specific instructions to leave the food at my door due to neighbors stealing. It was -2° outside and my driver Vincent left my pizza sitting at my back doorstep. It was roughly 10 minutes before it was found. He wasn’t very responsive through text message either. I definitely won’t be back.

Had a bad experience with delivery. Driver was insanely disrespectful, slammed his car doors, and drove unsafely. He proceeded to belittle me by saying I had the wrong address in my notes but doordash has an issue with getting my apartment address. Very disappointed, will not be ordering/eating here ever again.

I ordered a Hand Tossed Philly Cheese Steak from Domino's store in Grafton, WI. When I came home I discovered that my pizza was severely over baked and burned. The meat was charred and dried out like beef jerky with black cheese bubbles popping out everywhere. Philly Cheese Steak pizza happens to be my favorite Domino's menu item and I was looking forward to enjoying it since I haven't had it in a while. Unfortunately this experience was ruined by poorly prepared, burned, dry pizza. Judging by other negative reviews this is a regular occurrence for this Domino's location now. This is very unfortunate because this wasn't always the case. I've been ordering from them for a while, but will not order anymore.

The food is always great, but most of the time when I do delivery, the delivery driver wesley is always rude. Throws boxes onto the ground and has an overall attitude. I do enjoy Tony though, very friendly and communicative.

Horrible experience! AI order taking the worst. Over 2 hours and pizza still hasn't been delivered. Tried to get to a rep and system auto-hangs up on you. Really bad - and I can just imagine how bad the food will be if I ever get it!!

They only get your orders correct 10% of the time. God forbid you order anything with buffalo sauce! Its NEVER there. And you cant call to get it fixed because they either dont answer the phone, make empty promises of a free pizza or reimbursement, and then it happens AGAIN. I'm so sick of this store. This was my last straw they will never get another penny from me again. Not like it matters because STAFF AND MANAGEMENT JUST DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!

I order 4 pizzas from here and 2 of them were over cooked. When I asked them to remake them the manager said their over was set that way and they looked just fine. I opened the two that were cooked perfectly and said how did these come out fine and the other 2 burnt? When I asked he to remake them the man said I'll just refund your money. I was like wow. Came all the way here to leave empty handed. Never again.
was shocked by what I saw in the kitchen. Employees were casually picking their noses and scratching their butts — then immediately handling toppings without gloves. No handwashing. No hygiene. Just straight from the body… to your pizza. 🍕🤢
Domino’s, if this is your recipe for flavor, then congratulations — you’ve unlocked a whole new level of disgusting. Bon appétit, everyone.

Absolutely the worst customer service. The AI got my order wrong, went to pick it up and politely asked to have it fixed. Waited for 20 minutes, then when the food was ready a second guy stammered over with the food. I again brought up the issue and he rolled his eyes and said it would take forever to fix. It was a very small and easy fix, place just has no leadership or accountability for staff.

Warning Grafton Domino’s Pizza Burned all food! Ordered sandwiches and brownies and the food is extremely burnt and hard as a rock! Complained to them and was told that’s just how the ovens work they sometimes burn the food or under cook it. They refused to remake the food, so much for tonight’s dinner!

Grabbed two medium pepperoni pizzas. The pizza was surprisingly good for what I consider a fast food pizza joint. If I wouldn't have had a coupon , it would have cost me $14 for a medium Pizza. Mind you, I consider their medium quite small. Would never pay full price for Domino's Pizza
