Ordered online carryout, paid in store. My bill online said 11.54, when I came in first they said it was $18 then when I argued $16. If I had paid online it would have been $11.54. did not accept order and will never go there again.

Cold food! Wasn’t told Pizza Hut does business with 3rd party delivery services! Instead of a 25-35 minute wait, we waited 2.5 hours for cold food! I called and was placed on hold for 30 minutes until I hung up! Take your business to Domino’s! Will be disputing the charges. I don’t like doing that but I paid a tip and delivery fee. For cold food!!!!

Pan crust is too dry, hard, stale, and poor tasting. Nothing like it was years ago. They're constantly behind and understaffed because there is always a long line of customers waiting. Strong smell of mold inside of the store. Just terrible.

Has fallen so far from grace and it's frustrating to see. Multiple visits over multiple weeks have all gone the same, little to no staff, waiting 20 to 30 minutes past my order pickup time, sitting and watching my order chill there while I'm waiting in the long line for the 1 person working to scramble, and then it's usually not even decent quality anymore. If I wasnt such a big fan of the brand I wouldn't even bother coming here anymore

Terrible. Ordered delivery and it takes over an hour and a half. They use door dash now, they don’t use heat bags so everything comes cold and they forgot one of the pizzas. Ridiculous! Better off making frozen pizza.

Walking in this establishment me and my party was greeted with a welcoming hello! The store of course smelled good from the pizza and looking around it was super clean. My pizza was hot and ready with my wings and order of brownies, Great customer service from everyone especially the store manager made sure I had everything before I left out of the restaurant. Definitely will be returning to try the pasta.
I saw the other reviews saying the crust was raw and thought surely that must be a one off. Nope. Completely inedible. I threw the whole delivery order away.

Ordered food to go at 1:00 pm to be picked up at 6:30 pm. At 7:00 pm it still wasn't ready. Then they didn't even complete my order. I couldn't wait any longer people were waiting at a rehearsal dinner. Left without my 2 large orders of bread sticks.

Two weeks in a row we tried… 1st time we waited almost an hour and 45 minutes only to not get the correct order delivered. Called and was told they were out of dough…. The team seemed friendly and was extremely apologetic, so we tried again the following Friday. Placed the order, showed up 30 minutes later, waited 40 minutes, and was told they had forgotten to even start making it. Told them don’t worry about it and left. 2 hours later the same individual calls me from the week prior and says they are out of dough and not able to make my pizzas. Told her it is ridiculous and she shouldn’t lie as I was at the store and they had forgotten. Her silence was comical.

I ordered from this pizza hut on 8/26/2025 a little after 5pm. The app and email told me the food would be delivered at 5:52pm. around 6:15pm I got a text from Door Dash saying you will get your food between 6:30 and 6:45pm. I called the store and i was told they had no delivery drivers and that door dash hadn't assigned a driver. We decided to go pick the pizza up, we arrived at 630ish to pick it up and clearly the food was made almost an hour earlier. it was cold and chewy. We will not be ordering from pizza hut again.
