We’ve been here several times since we moved to the area and it never disappoints. They have a great mix of their “staple” beers and experimental stuff so every time we come there’s something interesting to try. They’re dog-friendly inside and out which is great. Very nice patio. Love that they seem to always be hosting some local fundraiser here. Our favorite brewery in the area.

We've recently partnered with Sahale Ale Works' food truck rotation and discovered their exceptional service! The staff are incredibly friendly, the environment is impeccably clean, and communication is seamless.

We commend businesses that effectively advertise our upcoming service, showcasing an impressive marketing team. This particular establishment stands out by avoiding an impersonal approach, treating us as more than just numbers.

It's impressive how they take the time to select a diverse food truck selection, giving customers the opportunity to try different foods from various cultures. Customers show a willingness to explore ethnic foods.

Ric, the manager, exhibits outstanding leadership and is very easy to collaborate with! He deserves a raise!

To many more scheduled rotations! Sahale Ale Works has fantastic beers and undeniably great atmosphere!

Here's a TLDR:

Beer - 3/5
Service - 5/5
Vibe -5/5

We tried this place on the way down from the Michigan Upper Peninsula back to Chicago. I saw the amazing reviews and wanted to stop by to get some beer that Wisconsin is so famous for.

I loved the name of the Brewery and the story behind it (No Spoilers! Check out their website). I loved the fact that they collaborate with local restaurants and food trucks to have food served here every day of the week, and something different each day.

All Craft beers on tap made in house is what we want in a Brewery. The only thing is, a lot of the beer didn't stick out as something special to me. They were all good quality, but the flavors were not very interesting or strong to me. I tried 6 beers before I found one that I like( I am Biased against IPA).

The music was varied and fun and the people present were very friendly. I appreciate this fact a lot as it makes the vibe of drinking in a small group a lot more enjoyable.

Overall, I recommend checking it out. It may not be your favorite, but you won't regret it.

Went for the Packer game. Rick was friendly and attentive. Carnivore Craig’s food was awesome! Highly recommend.

A great microbrewery! Good selection of beer and the Octoberfest was excellent. Bartenders are super friendly. Love the decor of the inside, and the patio was cool.

Great patio, great vibes, super great brews and especially good service.
Everyone there was so so nice.

I can’t find them to rate them, but the food truck was exceptional.

My husband and I just moved from Milwaukee and checked out this brewery for the first time. We loved the vibe, and the beers are fantastic and unique. We are excited to come out again when they have food trucks. The staff are super friendly and kind and honestly seem stoked about the place. They were chatting us up about the beers, offering samples, and seemed genuinely proud to be a part of it. The manager’s enthusiasm was contagious and we are excited to continue to support this local spot. We expect to become regulars!

Nice local taphouse.
+1 for the great indoor/outdoor environment. The place was busy when we went on a Friday night, but had plenty of seating.
+1 for the Oktoberfest

I believe they have some snacks for purchase.
Pizza place next door as well as other close local places to get food.

Sahale is the best place to hang out in Grafton for regulars and newcomers alike. Great selection of regular beers always on tap, and an ever-rotating selection of fun brews as well. Trivia every Thursday, fun events throughout the week, and food trucks in the back parking lot. Amazing outdoor space and lots of cute dogs. Shout out to Brian, Amanda, & Rick (& Quizmaster John)!!

We had an excellent experience at Sahale Ale Works! We loved all the beers we tried and left with some to take home. You also have to try the maple root beer! Can’t wait to go back! Ric was very welcoming and knowledgeable! Cheers! ?
