I want to give a shout out to Victoria and Sierra for exceptional customer service at my visit today. I ordered through the app for drive thru pick up. Victoria was working the drive thru today and met me with the friendliest attitude, both at the intercom and the window. When interactions are so short it can be hard to get a solid impression of someone, but Victoria’s genuinely friendly and positive demeanor shined. I wanted to email in to the store to leave a compliment to make sure her supervisors would see but couldn’t find it. So I chose to call the store where I spoke with Sierra. I was met with the same friendliness and hospitality. Sierra told me both her store manager and the district manager were in today and she would be thrilled to pass the compliment along.
I work in customer service too and can appreciate how important it is, especially around the holidays and busy seasons, to take time to write a positive review. After speaking with Sierra I decided I should leave a public compliment to give kudos to both employees, and the store. I went at a busy time, so for both of my interactions with the two different employees to have been so hospitable, and for my drink (my favorite of the year! I get a short praline late with two shots of espresso) to be made perfectly, clearly this store is doing something right.

Every time I come here, the workers are so nice, helpful, efficient, and make consistently good drinks! Shout out to the middle aged woman with the real short hair, I swear she takes my order every time and knows what's up. Keep up the great work and customer service!!

I really like the Starbucks location. It was very clean in the inside and the staff was really nice. I got a pumpkin spice chai and it was really good. I also got a Venti Matcha latte and it was also really good. The atmosphere was really good in the inside it was a medium level of noise, but overall it wasn’t that bad. There was very cute cups and they made our drink drinks moderately fast.

Haven't been in a year and was stopping in because I needed a lift. $9 for a drink that was $6.50 a year ago and it was watery and tasted like crap. I'm done done, I'll just go to Stone Creek, Collectivo, Valentine, or Fiddleheads. Lesson learned, they just keep getting worse and worse.

They spelled my name correctly. Amazing. Only go to Starbucks when I have a gift card. I think its overrated with poor quality products. But the cake pop was OK.

Right off the highway for a quick pick me up while on the road. Enterance back onto 43 so easy stop for a quick coffee.
I have come to this Starbucks many times and this is the only time I was kind of in shock with my order.
I ordered a grande mocha Frappuccino with mocha drizzle, and when the barista handed me the Frappuccino it didn’t look like there was any mocha drizzle on there.
So I said “Oh, I asked for mocha drizzle.”
And the barista said there was.
Look at the photos to see why I was floored.
As a former Starbucks barista, that’s just lazy and unacceptable.
(It also wasn’t busy)
