Don't expect the "old subway" or extra anything. Since the new owners took everything is by the book. Quality is still there but when you ask for more than two pickles, tomato's, or black olives be prepared to pay.

Went beyond rules hidden by chips stand to help me pay during freezing pm & my help crew starving. Orders were filled w/extreme attn. to have return biz & we alllll did return! Coupons honored & staff is beyond polite & helpful. Great smiles & they handled rushes & adverse distractive events empathetically, accurately & ever so kindly! I stop every time we can traveling 40 mins back & forth for Caregiver duties! Well worth your $$$!!!

Will never go there again I live in grafton and it's 1.5 miles to our grafton subway and 1.7 miles to the neighboring town saukville subway so I chose to goto grafton to support local businesses. When I arrived I present a coupon I had(buy one and a soda get a sub free) and they said they don't accept subway coupons and I asked why, with a smirk on his face and smile said because we dont get free subs in a very rude manner. Well I left and went to the saukville location and they gladly accepted the coupon so I'll never go to grafton subway again
I was wanting a salad, stopped here to get one... This is what I got for $10.... The bowl wasn't even full.. And I asked for more after it was made they charge you $2 more for a salad over a 6 inch sub, and you don't get much, this was the cheapest salad offered too. The one man gave me a look when I asked for more added too. Doubt I'll be back

Cancelled my mobile order for using a coupon and rewards points. When I showed up to pick up my sandwhich there was nothing there. New male owner offered to make the sandwhich for me anyways and then proceeded to charge me full price. Won’t be coming back.
