Terrible service. I visited while picking up an Uber order and got Ignored while workers ate food in the kitchen. Isn't my first time waiting for a long period of time.

Fast seating and ordering. My wings came back hot and tasty. Hubby had a burger, and he loved it! Waitress was quick and kept our drinks full. We will go back!

Overall when dining at the Grand Chute BWW everyone and everything is great. However it's extremely disappointing when your beer taps have been down going on THREE WEEKS!! Especially during March Madness! I feel bad for your staff because Richard can't do HIS job and get it fixed!!! He obviously doesn't care about this location, let alone any of the workers. This is a great way to run a store into the ground! Shame on you!!
We ate here on a Saturday evening. It was busy enough but not packed. Our server was wonderful! Nice and very attentive. The food (burger for me, wings for hubby) was awesome. We'd definitely visit this location again.

Good place to go and watch sports and eat. Burger was very good. They were out of a couple of beers, one was pbr. Not sure how that happens. ? would still go back.

I don't usually do reviews. I have to say the service (new girl) was good. This is a place that has WINGS in the name of the restaurant, yet the WINGS were the worst I have ever had anywhere. Dried out chewy over cooked pieces of leftovers garbage. It was as if someone didn't finish their wings a day or two ago and threw them on my plate plate.

Ordered takeout. Got home and half of our food was missing. Called and was told we would be credited for our missing items. Needless to say that never happened. With the outrageous prices of food these days it is unacceptable to not have orders correct and the food be below average at best. I won’t tolerate it and won’t ever go back to another Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant. You’ve had your last strike.

My son got food poisoning and spent the next 2 days puking.
Sabreena gets zero stars and no tip because she didn't bring menus, didn't take our order, did not bring the food or drink. Forgot dipping sauce. Sabreena basically did not show up to actually work today! When we attempted to get our bill she decided to work with 3 other customers instead. She spent most of the time arguing with 1 lady in a red sweater. The guy who brought our food was fabulous. Upon exiting the building we saw 12 people leaving because no one bothered to seat them after waiting 10 minutes. I heard them complaining when it took 15 minutes for her to process my credit card.

I did not like this location. I went in July 2021 and this location wasn't good. Service was slow, chicken sandwich was bad, not going to this location again. But, I have a good question for the owner of this location. When did you move from Casaloma Drive to College Ave? Buffalo Wild Wings was where Milwaukee Burger and Co is. When did you move from there to here?

Overall it was an okay experience. The lady was nice however the meal was not very pleasant. Kinda disappointed in the order over all… the wings were very dry to the point that I had to add my own sauce from home because they didn’t add barely any on. The fries tasted like they were sitting out for a while and put in a box. They were not fresh. I’ve had their meals before and I have to say this was the most disappointing one. Especially since we paid almost 50 dollars.

Horrible service and experience this time around. I got asked if I wanted the check before my food was even delivered to me. I talked to management about this issue and they said nothing but sorry and we hope it’s better next time. Just awful. The table next to me dealt with the same issues and we actually bonded over the terrible experience we both had. Dont recommend this place to anyone if you read this.
