12/30/25. Paid $32 and got nothing. Ordered on app for pick up and walked in at 12:45pm after 12:40pm notification of ready just as a Door Dash driver ran out of the restaurant to his car with a large bag. My large order was not on the shelf. The pick up server said there was nothing he could do and the only thing I could do is call Door Dash. The timing seems odd.

Ordered two bowls and a kids meal online for pickup. One bowl was missing the chicken and had tomatoes on it (they weren’t ordered on it) and one was missing the corn. We were missing both of our chips we ordered. We did end up trying to eat what we had and something tasted funky so we tossed both bowls.

Arrived just before 5pm… not very busy, but the restaurant was in clear disarray. Garbage all over the floor, dirty tables. Kitchen table that is clearly visible to customers was filthy. There were only 3 workers so this store was severely understaffed. Still no excuse, keep your kitchen clean!

Even with it not being busy I still had to wait in line 15 minutes to order. I noticed the guy (black beard) who was about to make my order, touch other things with gloves on. If I hadn’t asked him to change his gloves he would’ve made my food with dirty gloves!! If the health department saw that, that would’ve been unacceptable.

I felt rushed while ordering, nearly gave me a tiny scoop of rice before I asked for more

Also ordered chips and they tasted stale and burnt at the same time.

In the end I got enough food but it barely had any flavor to it.

I’ll be going to the east side location or the Neenah location from now on.

in person order buritto and got barely no rice and meat with it and the rice was cold and had a hard texture, service seemed to just rush serving the food and packing up the buritto

This restaurant is not clean! The floors & tables are always dirty when I visit. I didn't have to wait for a table...just couldn't find a clean table! The staff should pay closer attention to the cleanliness of the restaurant.
Always feel rushed when ordering.

My burrito was so big I couldn’t even finish it but every bite I had was exactly what I was craving earlier that day. It couldn’t have hit the spot harder. I greatly enjoy the cause cup/lids for the hot sauce. I can get all crazy and make up some kind of funky concoction.

Overall, it was a good experience. Food was just ok , guacamole was very brown and not as fresh as normal. Service was friendly and fast. Would still go back again
