Domino's Pizza

First off I ordered food last night, one Philly cheese pizza 7:15 pm my food didn't get to me till 9:30 pm and still I had things missing. I called and they credit me $10 so ok I order a pizza today and I'm opposed to what I receive. A pizza that's half burnt and hardly any cheese ! I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza,there was hardly any chicken and it was so burnt. Never again Domino's never again! My family orders a lot from Domino's but after my experience just now I'm definitely going to change that.

I ordered a pizza from Domino’s pizza August 28, 2025, located at 4733 Michaels Dr Ste 2, Grand Chute, Wisconsin 54914. Shortly after receiving my order I got a call from someone named Cooper inquiring about my oder. He said say something was wrong with my pizza and asked if I noticed a strange taste and how was I feeling. He mentioned that an employee working in the kitchen had done something to the pizzas that should’ve been done. He refused to tell me what had been done and cursed me. I ask to speak with his manager and he continue cursing me and placed me on hold. I hung up and called Dominos Pizza, spoke with someone claiming to be the manager. His attitude was nonchalant. All he had to say was that other customers had called to complained about the same thing and it probably was a prank call. I immediately asked for a refund and throw out the rest of the pizza. Unfortunately before finding this out I had already eaten one slice. I was very upset and in a panic. I will never purchase another meal from this restaurant ever again. Buyer Be Ware: Your food may be tampered with, eat from this pizza place at your own risk!!!

I ordered pizza online, when I reached the store, they said my order didn’t came through their system, even though on the app it said ready to pickup. They wanted me reach out customer support, but no one responded even after 10 days.

Good pizza at a fair price. Delivery was quick too!

Elijah is probably the best employee in the store. He does so much to keep the store running. He’s a g and the best delivery driver they have. Always get my food hot and ready from him. Also heard he makes the best pizzas out of anyone at the store. He deserves a raise frfr

Food was 40 minutes later than it said it would be done. When I inquired about it, I was met with a rude response from staff.

Mickey must be a very bad leader. Employees looked scared of him. Nobody said a work except him and an employee even ran out the front door crying as I walked in. Somebody hired him to be a manager. That person should not be able to evaluate anybody ever again. I don't know if he is having a bad day or if he's just not a good person. I'll go with the latter. Either way you cannot treat customers like he did. Domino's lost our business which I know the big wigs do not care about. We got domino's once a week and will never again because of one bad apple. Crazy how businesses just do not care about their customers anymore.

Walked in and 15 mins later I'm getting ready for some new stuffed crust pizza, it was amazing!

My order was delivered and the pizza wasn't cut throughly and it was cold. Half of the chicken wings weren't coated with barbecue sauce.

Yikes. Haven't had their pizza in literally decades. They had a deal for any toppings you wanted, so decided to give them a try. Pizza was terrible. The crust was awful, just really dry. Barely any sauce on it, and I had ordered it with EXTRA sauce. Little Caesars is gourmet compared to this, and it's cheaper.

Ordered one large pizza for delivery. Appeared to take a little longer than planned, but oh well. Driver on the tracking map shows a block away and then suddenly says it's delivered. Not to my address, porch has no food. Call store and ask them if the driver can go back and deliver properly, they said she already returned to the store within 3 min of the delivery. I ask if I need to go wander my neighborhood to find my food I paid and tipped for. No response. Find food 5 buildings away. Cold as ice, was probably cold when it was put in the delivery car or was sitting for a while. 0/10

The hell Domino's? I know you all can't add extra Alfredo sauce anymore, but don't give me noodles and chicken pieces with barely any sauce! That was the by far just a tablespoon of sauce in the dish.
Do better.
