Some of the most disgusting food I have had in a long time. Service was miserably slow when it was not even busy. -10 out of 10 for sure, save your misery and don’t come here.

Small portions, large price. I had sirloin tips and eggs. Steak had a sweet marinade, not something I enjoyed at all. Hashbrowns were 2 fork fulls, eggs were terrible. Guess I received the kids portion, probably a blessing given the taste.

This is my favorite IHOP. Food and service is always better at this location than all of the others I have visited.
Food is cooked to order and comes out warm.

Food is consistently good. Prices are on the higher side for type of food served, but specials often make it more worthwhile. All the servers I had were friendly and provided good service. Tables and seats was clean, but I occasionally noticed that the silverware was really foggy. Not actually dirty, but caused me to double take when I saw it.
Overall decent in pretty much every way. Very reliable throughout the restaurants I have experienced in the chain.

Went to get breakfast waited 30 min before turning around and seeing all the waitresses nose deep in someone's phone definitely won't be coming back

We went Sunday morning and the floors were never swept or scrubbed. It was very disappointing. The food was ok.

Not impressed with the waitress, never checked on us, had an attitude the whole time, the bussers and other waitress did more for us than she did. Not impressed. Been a waitress for 24 years and this is disappointing

Stinky when we walked in! Didn't smell like food! The seats had crumbs all over and our table was sticky! Server was okay. Food took forever and it was definitely not worth the wait! We will not be returning. The only good part was parking! No issues because nobody else was there! Prices are higher than we expected as well. Sad because we used to enjoy going there!!

Ordered 2 eggs over easy and some other stuff to pick up. I was really disappointed when the first egg I cut into was bloody but let it go. I was pissed after I realized the cook should have seen this plain as day when he cracked the egg. The toast was also extremely stale and dry, and 2 pathetic pieces of bacon the size of silver dollars 😡. Not happy and definitely won't be going back! I'll stuck to the ma and pop diners that still know good customer service....

Not usually one to complain. Went in with my 2 year old and wife for food on 3/20/25 at 1pm. Service and food were normal. But I got a special show when my waitresses hubby wandered in. They hide in the corner by the bathroom started getting handsy. Then she pulled him into the men’s restroom for a few seconds. My favorite part was her offering to get me a water afterwards without washing her hands.
