Nobody was there i went in on Tuesday morning at 9:30 with Family not a soul in there a trash bag on the floor equipment was all on smelt like food was cooking But nobody was there it was almost creepy

Came in this morning at roughly 9:30 am to see a trash bag on the floor in the lobby, not a single employee (FOH or BOH) in sight. Doors say you're open at 6 but literally not a soul in the building. Not a sign or anything to indicate why doors were unlocked but no one was there.

I'd rate a zero .... But ya can't!We got influenza B eating here!! The waitress was sick and stupid us, we stayed. The service was extremely slow and there were only one table taken, the food was disgusting at most!!WE WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

Place was amazing, food was great! As far as service goes I had one lady that was absolutely rude not just to me but to my 9 yo daughter just for asking if she could get the cookies and cream on pancakes instead of the waffles, then when she brought out our drinks my lemonade spritzer it was missing the fruit so I had asked if it came with the fruit still, she gave me an attitude said I'll go make a new one all while we still did not get our food order taken which happened to take 45 min before this and another waitress came over apologized for the long wait (which was not her fault) and just took over our table her kindness and her courtesy is why I left a decent review I even tipped her way over all the tips that were listed for her kindness.

We won’t be back! Took the family out for lunch. Food wasn’t that great. Waitress was horrible. Mid meal we all needed refills and weren’t given any.We never got checked on. Waitress stood and talked with co-workers and sat in the bathroom for the entire meal. Never got side sauces with meals that were supposed to come with them and couldn’t ask waitress for them because she never came back to the table.
Not happy with the food for a pancake place I was very disappointed to see my kids pancakes been over cook worse T-bone steak ever

We got seated and forgotten. We were there for 30 min without even seeing a waitress. They went to the other 3 tables there multiple times while chatting in between for 15 min straight. We never even got asked about drinks. I would have understood if it was bust, but with a total of 4 tables seated and 2 waitresses on duty, I expected more than the nothing that we got. We just got up and left because my children were very hungry, not a single worker could even be see while we left.

To start, we were seated in a booth with a large rip, stuffing coming out. My fiance is a big guy and barely fit between the seat and the table. The springs in the seats were shot. So we moved ourselves over to a vet nearby table. The waitress brought our drinks promptly and said she'd give us a few minutes to look at the menu. 15 minutes later she came back and said she'd forgotten about us. We ordered our food, and it came out in a timely manner. I asked for a second cup of coffee, and the waitress said they ran out but that she could make another pot if I wanted. It was two hours before closing, and I wondered why she didn't ask at the time that she poured the last cup from the previous pot. My eggs were ordered over medium and arrived short of over easy. The lemon ricotta mixed berry topping was grainy, not from the seeds. My fiance's BLT had very little lettuce and bacon and just looked sad. His fries were not warm. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant, and we will not be back.
