We had a good experience with this place. Our server was very sweet. Our food was cooked to perfection. Unlike most restaurants these days, it's still as good as the first time I went.
We decided to try Outback’s curbside pick up last night for the first time in years. My husband ordered the bone in ribeye- medium. This is what we received- a paper thin, crispy and dry steak. Not worth the cost and not worth lie repeat business. Disappointed.
Was here on business and sat at the bar by myself, decided to go fit it and order the two lobster tails entree. It was cooked PERFECTLY, and their wines are so reasonably priced that I decided to try their higher end Cabernet, The Federalist, and it has become a new favorite. I’m so impressed with the experience I had here tonight. Definitely come and check this restaurant out! Amanda and Keri were my bartenders and were incredible friendly and warm and personable. Excellent experience!!!
My wife and I dined at Outback on Sunday afternoon. We both ordered the 12oz Ribeye and a Blooming Onion. The Blooming Onion had way too much salt and the bottom was still pasty from not being cooked. I mentioned it to the waitress (I made it clear that I didn't want my money back) and she said the manager would be informed. This is my first trip back to Outback in 5 or 6 years...maybe I'll try again in 5 or 6 years to see if they improve.
Poor quality beef, service was ok. Ordered a bone in steak but received a sinewy no bone cut of cheap and poorly prepared beef. Won't be going back.
Food and service was excellent. Got Aussie fries which are covered in cheese and bacon ,it's listed as an appetizer but was huge and awesome. Steak was cooked perfectly. Was quite pleased.
I had the cheeseburger with onion pedals on it. Sooo yummy. My husband had steak and shrimp. He loved his as well.
Wasn't very busy but the service was slow. The food was very good. Will continue to go there. The blooming onion was awesome.
Food was good, restaurant needed to pay more attention to dirty tables. Overall food and drink were very good. But ran oit of butter!?!?
Absolutely horrible! We ordered drinks. Took a good 10 minutes to get them because our waitress forgot them. Ordered a blooming onion as an appetizer, waitress forgot go put the order in for it, so it came out with our meal. The onion was dripping with oil and tasted like the oil was rancid. I actually sent it back. Something I have never done before. My husband got the chicken, it was really dry. My ribeye was like a piece of rubber. I ordered the Cesar salad for one of my sides. They used iceberg lettuce instead of romaine, so it was extremely soggy and not edible. And when we pay our bill, they have suggestions for tips, the 15, 18 and 20% listed. That's fine, we usually tip 20% or better. The problem was their math doesn't add up. For example, our bill was $62, the 20% that was listed was over $14 for the tip. I know it's not much difference, but it's the point of misleading customers. We definitely won't be going back!

Porterhouse ordered at medium well was more well done. Rib-eye order at medium was more medium well and was WAY over seasoned with black pepper. Grilled shrimp also wasn’t that great. Seasoned rice isn’t just seasoned; it has a kick which was definitely unexpected.
I haven't dined here in a decade and I got tell you it's been a great experience, the new salmon entre is very decadent, sorry I ate most of it before I took a photo of the dish, it's that delicious
I've been here to eat 3 times over the last year and a half. I tried to go at different times of the day so I wasn't there when they were busy. But no matter what it's always at least a half hour wait to sit. And then it's another 30-45+ minutes until we get food. I literally sit around for an hour bored while I wait.I have tried the To Go option and that has been a generally better experience. Except for one time. That time I sat in my car waiting for over 20 minutes with no one coming outside. I tried calling in but no one answered. Every other time I pick up food a worker is outside within 5 minutes.
Had an issue with Uber eats delivering or food very late, and not knocking or ringing the door bell, so we didn't even know it was there.... called outback to see if they knew how to get Uber to deal with it, and had the pleasure of speaking with Blake, the manager... guys a class act. He was incredibly kind, had our food made fresh, and sent one of his people(Caleb, also an awesome kid) to deliver it immediately. We had our food in about 30 minutes, and it was fantastic. I've also had some experiences with the evening bartender, and she is fantastic as well.
Pasta was average at best. Steak was over cooked and actually hard... .Steak still had good flavor.
