I come through almost everyday with my friend for our sip club drinks and we absolutely love Richard! We always hope he is the one at drive through because basically the rest of the staff is exceptionally rude- Richard is the only reason this review is at 4 stars. I can almost always expect it to take a long time to get our drinks because of how slow they are but Richard always makes a point to run them out to us and enjoy our “tasty beverages”. He deserves a raise for sure!

Only one cashier for lunch Today. I waited 25 minutes for a bowl of soup. Only to be skipped in line because they prioritized customers with credit cards. Shocking! Counter cashiering was low priority so multiple customers at kiosks got to skip me also. I didn't have time to eat my lunch then. Absolutely Terrible first impression. No concept exists for human customer service! Over $6 for cup of soup lacking flavor & only 1 piece of chicken in there.

Drive thru order was wrong, did not check til back at work was disappointed cause the drive thru was empty wheni went through
Clean! The manager controls the timing of the food. Highly recommended!

arrived at 1:30 after the rush. Wasn’t hard to get a table BUT, too many dirty tables and nobody cleaning. Meal sold have been more enjoyable. Kitchen people do a fantastic job.

Ordered extra meat and cheese. Cost an extra $10 for two sandwiches. I've ordered these before and usually don't have a problem. I ordered two sandwiches and it took close to 30 minutes in the driveway to recieve two regular sandwiches. $41 for what is $25

Sign says breakfast available until 11 so we skip Starbucks this time, drive over to Panera, and we are told breakfast ends at 10:30am. This ticks more people off than perhaps Panera will ever know.
